Pretty nice hotel right on the water. I’m sure it’s really hard to keep a place on the ocean maintained. They did a decent job. It could have used some paint in many places, pool area, elevators, hallways.

Room was good. Had a view of the water from the 3rd floor. Check in was a breeze. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Only downer was the breakfast.. pretty much minimal continental.. toast, fruit, yogurt, waffles and bagels.

Hotel was ok. It had all the essentials. Was kind of disappointed with the breakfast bar. Thought they would at least has scrambled eggs and sausage but didn’t. They at least had boiled eggs. No fancy pastries just bagels and raisin bread.

Comfortable, cozy, spacious room with a harbor view. It's an older motel, and the price was excellent for what we got. Because it is in the marina itself there are no bad views.
Our coffee maker didn't seem to work and so I called the front desk and they immediately brought us a brand new one. She offered to fill it up from the breakfast bar but I told her we were snobs and brought our own coffee, so she laughed and brought one right down. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful stay on the 3rd floor! Room was clean and quiet and the private balcony overlooking the harbor was very nice! Front desk people were kind and helpful.

The front desk receptionist was very nice. The room smelled and was out dated. For $200.00 is definitely was not worth it.

Nicer motel near the harbor. Had a patio with chairs. Spacious room. Nice, modern bathroom. Breakfast was a B- with coffee, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, and fruit.

The front desk staff (September 7,8,9) was very nice and accommodating! The hotel was quiet and clean. Our room was comfy with a balcony overlooking the marina!! Walking distance to a grocery store, breweries, restaurants (all within a 2 minute walk.) Lots of paved biking and walking trails. The free breakfast was great. No meats offered but that was ok, i had a hot waffle, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.
This hotel should have courtesy bikes for it's guests because it's such a beautiful area to explore without driving.

I would not recommend this property!!! We had issues with the TV all night long! They have 1990’s tv remote with no back on it (children could swallow those batteries, as it does happen) there was hair on the floor from previous renters. The Dayshift ladies were not helpful at all! They wanted to argue with me instead of fix our top complaint. There was other disgruntled guests that also stayed the same night, as they where not helpful to them as well. When one of the guests walked out they went to a back room and laughed. It’s very outdated! Stay somewhere else, is what I recommend.

We stayed just one of the two nights booked because a rainstorm came in and cut short the area visits we had planned to make. We appreciated the kind staff.

The hotel was run down and expensive. I've stayed there many times over 30 years and it's seen much better days and is expensive to stay there.

We had a third floor harborside room and enjoyed the calming view from the balcony. Staff was great!!!

Rooms were incredibly smokey. Dated. Needs some cap-ex in a number of areas. Fence in front held together with straps. Keys didn't work on check in. Would not stay there again. Staff was good, though maybe could have used some help. Big place for 1 person.

The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. We only stayed one night, but would stay again. I liked that the parking area had a lot of room and the cars weren't jammed together. Breakfast was standard but very good. Love that they have yogurt and fruit.
The rooms were a bit dated and hallways a bit scuffed. It would be super awesome if there was a place close by to plug in an EV for the night. I heard there was a good restaurant close by, but we had to leave and didn't get a chance to try it. Hopefully will be back!

There is no A/C. Thank goodness the harbor air was wonderful. The view from the 1st floor was not as described. Not a balcony but a ground floor patio...They need new beds, drapes and A/C. The breakfast was not hearty enough for a day at the beach; not even orange juice. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way. A special shout out to Michelle!

They promised a pool on the website and that was why I chose this place. When I asked about pool hours I was told it was closed and it looked as if it had been that way for years.
There was poor security; my ground level unit looked out on a street, but no sheer curtains, no ventilation as no window, only a screen door that anyone could have entered by. Fridge did not work properly, insect parts in bedding

Room was clean. The property is a bit dated, but not bad for being in such a humid climate. The beds were not worth the price. Mine was too hard. If you're a light sleeper, look for something not on the water. There's a noisy road in the evening and if it's foggy the ships will be blowing horns in the morning.

We were given a room right by the elevators, which is always loud. Besides that, the hotel is not very noise proof. The family staying above us was running and jumping and yelling until midnight, then at it again at 8 am.
