The Staff is absolutely excellent....no other way to put it. The facility owners desperately need to desperately improve the property's conditions. Perhaps start by ensuring the air conditioners are blowing clean germ-free air as both my wife and I developed head-colds during our stay. We suspect it came from the hotel's lack of air quality.

Receptionists were very rude, aggressive and misbehaved. Washroom shower was too rusty with green rust and I requested to clean or change, she said “ Do you have better than this at your home “? She said either stay with same or leave the hotel In midnight, nowhere to go. it was really terrible desk service. Will never go back on this location

Roomy with a comfortable layout. Everything was perfectly clean except the carpet, which needed shampoo or replacement. Good breakfast.

Perfect hotel for a 2 night stay. Plenty of towels. No issues with dirtiness. Warm breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

Outside of the building has been updated. But rooms should be updated as well to fit the new outside decor. Outside seating area was not cleaned and monitored as it should be.

Poor maintenance overall. When you first enter you are welcomed by this real unpleasant aroma that could be a smell of mold somewhere possibly.
When you check in to the left corner of the property outside has strong smell of "Mariana like substance".
Breakfast is ok but need more consideration for non meat eater or Hala food eater.
Our room has wall paper peeling off by the beds, bath tub made lots of noise making us feel it might fall apart and tiles were broken in the bathroom making it unsafe and unclean.

Staff at front desk was friendly and attentive. Room was very homey with the exception of the bed being slightly more firm than Im used to, but not bad at all. Also the doors can be slightly loud if you just let them go when closing. Again, not a deal breaker. I’ll definitely be back here when Im in the Sugar Land/Stafford area❣️

Old A/C that doesn’t cool…had to have it at 65 for the room to be comfortable…only 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel…always a line when we tried to use it….the entire hotel was hot and humid

The quality you get and what you’re paying for is unmatched. Our room didn’t have any complimentary body lotion, the shampoo bottle had absolutely no shampoo and the keurig machine in the room wasn’t working, making me think they don’t keep up with the rooms or maintenance. The breakfast area was chaos both mornings, coffee ran out before closing time. Pillows were worn out. It was okay but wouldn’t stay here again.

The air condition in our room didn’t work. The room above us had kids running u til 2 in the morning. I told the staff when i was leaving the air conditioner was t working they told us sorry for the inconvenience. Last night temperature was 92.

Ashtyn was a great attendant. She was very playful with my fuzzy granddaughter and helped calmed down. My daughters were able to do their work in the quiet environment.

Room took a while to cool off. Hallway was extremely hot and it was 90 degrees outside. I had to ask twice for housekeeping to come after we had been in the hotel for 2 days.

Very old and need to be remodelled in the rooms. The bathroom had a lot of patchwork and damage that was done poorly. Other than that we felt safe and welcomed. The breakfast was good with nice variety. Although the halls were hot and humid.

The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and the honey was an added bonus. The treadmills worked great as well.
