The unique thing about this property is the convenient location and a decent view of Mekong river. What I liked about this place where customer service is outstanding. Staff were helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast were good. I didn’t like the smells coming from the kitchen though, but it’s understandably noted. This small guesthouse is run by a family who resides there.

Good location near the river. Convenient for boat trips and attending alms giving ceremony.

The staff are really nice. The location is everything, 3mins walking to make morning merit, 5mins walking to night market

I would be reluctant to book this hotel again. It was very noisy with I think the hotel staff families staying in lower rooms, kids yelling late in the night and people sleeping on mattresses in the lobby early in the morning. It was a great location and staff were friendly but just too noisy. I think the local taxi rank was across the road with men yelling at all hours of the day

Got off to a rocky beginning when the air conditioner did not work the first night, but management promptly moved us to another (and better) room the next morning.

Nice stay in a small teak hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff made for a great stay. Good location across the street from the Mekong river. Easy 5 to 10 minute stroll into the centre of town. Close to everything. Made to order breakfast each morning with very good coffee. We would recommend it to friends.

A wonderful hotel right by the river. The hotel was clean and the staf was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Luang Prabang ! The free breakfast was very tasty and we would recommend this hotel to fiends and family.

Small hotel located across from river and walking distance from night market. If you like lizards then this is a good hotel for you as there were lizards crawling on the wall in reception room. The bathroom smells very bad and two time had to take cold shower as there were no hot water.

Love the surrounding area, right beside the Mekong! With many food choices. And the monks walked right beside this hotel. And the real clincher..the manager at the counter said ok for us to leave our suitcases at hotel while we left for huayxai's Gibbon Experience. Wow..so kind!

The hotel was alright, the location was great but the current staff likes to let babies cry in the halls after 10pm, banging noises and paper thin walls. Would not stay again.....

On the road next to Mekong river you can see the river view while you having breakfast infront of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to the main road. Breakfast was fine. Staff are helpful.

This hotel is comfortable to stay, but by 10.30pm onward the whole reception counter will closed and lobby lights is shut down. After 11pm staff laid mattress to sleep in the hallway.

Really liked this hotel. Awesome location along the Mekong and some great restaurants and cant miss spots in Luang Prabang. Good service, could arrange an early airport shuttle. Bathrooms could be improved in terms of shower water pressure and mold removal.

Delightful place to stay. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. A few blocks from the hustle and bustle but still close to the river moved and restaurants. Kind staff.

Excellent service and cleanliness. Only comment would be that wifi is a bit weak in the room but otherwise it was great. Well located and well maintained

Apparently no one at Expedia reads emails from customers. I sent 2 emails telling you I want a complete refund for this transaction. I NEVER stayed at this hotel. The lobby was steaming with people with similar refusals even tho they had reservations. This hotel is bad news and should not be represented by Expedia. Please process my refund of $68.00

Very polite and smiley staff. Excellent location. A little overpriced for what it was but it seems about right compared to other places in the area. Good breakfast.

We had the corner family room. Very large for 2 pp. Nice little balcony area. Very clean room.

It had good review and was shown as if discounted prices, so booked 5 nights, thinking a good value, but very disappointing. Facts; Very good location. Staff friendly, well intentioned but very little English. Family members working together for everything. The family Staff, living on the underground level, cooking, doing laundry, raising a baby, often the building was full of smell from cooking by the resident family. No telephone in the room. Toilet plumbing is not done properly, the ventilation is not done, so next room flushes, your room toilet start bubbling with smelly air from the sewer pipes. Air conditioning unit is right above your head in bed, had to block half of airflow with toilet paper. Walls are not well insulated, so you can hear the conversation or TV from next room. Only 2 towels per day. Some lights over main stair way were off, leaving a bit dark which could be dangerous. Not 30 sq m, being advertised, at most 25 in my measurement. At check in, we were given a room over looking its laundry area, have requested a better room, and given a better room with extra USD 15 per night, which we accepted as the first room was a way far too depressing for 5 nights stay. They take orders for breafast, Toast bread were still soft, requested to toast it till brown but never delivered, after 3 times, have given up, but just ate soft bread without toasting. Overall, it seemed it is more family run guest house with about 20 rooms, but Definitely not a hotel.
