Enjoyed the heritage feel of the place. If u want fancy, this is not for you, but if u want clean, quiet, affordability, utility and convenience… this cannot be beat. If you like history, be sure to ask about the fieldstone house next door. Amazing bit of Canadiana history here! Warm & welcoming owners!

Squeaky clean. Quiet, about a mile out of town. Very comfortable beds and two extra pillows available in the room. Excellent shower - good water pressure, can also set up water temperature just right. Microwave is on small side, no electric tea kettle in the room but available on demand.

Needs updating - shag carpet, keys for room door to 50s washroom!

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. Great for low maintenance guests.

Old fashioned motel but all on 1 floor which was great since we seem to have a lot of stuff to take in. Also very clean and wifi was free and fast.

Very clean older motel. Beds need updating. Beds are short with foot boards. No brkfst. A little more money than I like to spend for no frills motel but probably priced right for area

Rooms were very clean & well maintained. Style of units are older & have some very unique style & contents. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Location was great & convenient to tour the area & have access to major routes & day tripping. Rooms were very quiet & nice that you could sit just outside the room & enjoy the evening or have a snack at the picnic tables. Lots of parking space.

I selected this for a cheap overnight stay. It fits the bill. It is clean but everything feels 40 years old, including the orange carpet. Beds were either noisy or warn out. The area is very quiet in the fields just outside town. We We were recommended a good restaurant on the sea side. No breakfast, but drive back to the other side of town less than 2 miles, and you will find the usual places that offer breakfast.

Adams Motel has a great location, close to Kingsville and Leamington. It is a bit older but very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.

We spent the day in Point Pelee National Park and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Quiet motel that was well maintained and very clean. The person at the front desk (owner?) was very helpful in helping us find a place to eat at a time when many places were either closed or closing. The location is good for me as it was just a 1 or 2 minute drive into Kingsville. We essentially stayed just to sleep and shower before leaving the next morning, but both my wife and I commented that we would stay here again if we were in the area.
