Nice people, big room, so comfortable and clean. Except little far away going to night market. We loved the hotel so much. :)

The property is very close to the main area but it is also very quiet.

Good location setting between Khong river and Road. Go to night market and morning market by walk 7minute and nearly Grand palace , Boat port, Phusi temple and other Friendly staff and manager hostel . Clean room . I will come back to Apple Hotel again if go to Luang Prabang ^_^

Basement room smelled extremely moldy. I asked to switch rooms or be refunded which they said no. Had to pay for an additional room at a guest house across the street. Ended up paying for 2 rooms each night. Would not recommend

Well located hotel close to Main Street and the Mekong River restaurants and cafes. The owners are friendly and responsive the guesthouse provides excellent cost value .

Kind staff, location was perfect to walk around city, has many good restaurants and cafes near by. How ever the pressure of water of shower was too strong also there is no elevator, lastly no break fast was little dis advantage considering people who would stay here want to get affordable place.

accommodating staff and coffee was good too! Beds were excellent!! and very clean. The Wayne (host) was great and helped in every way! easy access to cities activities and tours. We were able to jump right on a bus and go to the falls from the hotel - cheap and friendly tour. Wayne dropped everything to answer any questions - even changed some money for us when we were running out of Kip and just needed to change a few more dollars. He was really nice to our daughter and had the maid do our laundry to accommodate our leaving time etc. Best ever!

No frills accommodations - but definitely safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect - do not struggle to find the perfect location in LP because almost everything is within walking distance. That said, this Guesthouse is a 3-5 minute walk from the center of things, versus other choices which could be up to a 10-15 minute walk. Room was quiet and provided everything you need including in-room bathroom, air conditioning, cable tv, and wifi. Guesthouse is run by a great young, friendly, English-speaking, and adorable family, and will help with reserving tours/daytrips to the most popular destinations. Desk is staffed 24/7, so theres never a chance of being locked out or not being able to check-in.

This is the place to stay in Louangphrabang Prabang. Perfect location, rooms are big and cozy, fantastic service and we have loved having access to the balcony with tea and coffee. We can only recommend it.

Apple Guesthouse is situated in a great location, mere steps from the Mekong River in Luang Prabang. It's a peaceful guesthouse with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent air-conditioning in the rooms. I arrived tired after a restless night on a bus, and the staff were kind enough to let me check in early, too. I also took advantage of the excellent value tour to the nearby Kuang Si Falls. If I ever return to Luang Prabang, I'll stay here again.

The managing couple, Nou and Jimmy were very helpful as well as the other staff. Felt safe the whole length of our stay. Air conditioner was working as well as the ceiling fan which was very helpful because of the humidity and the very hot temperature.

Great place, centrally located down a nice quiet street. Very homely feel. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. Wifi was good. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay at Apple Guesthouse; better than the average guesthouse with helpful, friendly staff and good location. Guesthouse itself is relatively quiet and isolated from street noise however, there is little sound insulation separating the actual units within the guesthouse, i.e. every sound from neighboring units can be heard. Having said that, the guesthouse seems to cater to families, as such the noise amounted to minor inconveniences only.

We were only disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, not very clean at all, the room itself was very clean, so don't know why they ignore the bathrooms?!

Helpful and friendly staff good location up a small alley just off the waterfront and very close to the night market. Dont expect luxury but for the price its good value.

The staff at Apple Guest House was very warm and helpful, laundry was cheap and quick, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location is very central to Luang Prabang. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

This guesthouse is clean and the location is great. It is run by a a nice couple and they are very helpful. It's a short walk to many famous temples and across the street from Mekong river. Many restaurants close by. Overall a great place and I will be coming back.

The facilities were more than adequate and the staff was extremely helpful.
