Over 40 years staying in hotels, but this was a first: - Do Not Disturb sign hung on door. - Leave for Women's Cup Final. - Return: sign gone. Enter room, ALL my belongings have been shoveled from bathroom, shelves & desk and haphazardly stuffed in my baggage. Seriously? Shift boss says they're training a new housekeeper and they screwed-up. Okay, but where's the trainer? And rules 1&2: "Do Not Disturb" means "Keep Out", and never touch a guest's belongings unless absolutely necessary? Other than that outrageous violation of my privacy, the hotel was adequate. No nearby restaurants, on a hill, but decent.

This hotel was ok. It was a bit confusing just trying to get there as it’s on a very busy road in an industrial sort of area. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station. Breakfast was ok, and the automatic late checkout (12pm) was good

Good hotel and service for the money you pay and good location.

Parking is extra and the air conditioning did not working the room was very small but the bed was comfortable and it was a perfect place for a night stopover on our way to Paris. Restaurant s were about a 15 minute walk away but that was fine too.

check in was easy, tv in room did not work. Lady in morning very very nice, she gave us breakfast as compensation.

Staff at the front desk (?ziad and his colleague) were ver frindlyand very helpful

Parking space is accessible by code only which will be provided on check in, i found it to be convenient. The reception was very helpful and prompt with quick service. Room was okay as per the rate per night. Good to stay overnight. Near to the mall which has he most amazing stores.

If you dont have a car this hotel is not suitable for you by the way they charge you for the parking. The breakfest is not even avrage.our check out was 12 but they deactive our access at 11 as i didnt see this in any other hotels. No gym no spa. Maybe you say for the price its good but its not you can get really better hotel for a little bit more in lyon central.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive. With superb transport system in Lyon it was only a short walk to connect to anywhere in the city.

get there by car was a terrible experience with GPS we were driving , for 2 hours around the same place ,but as soon as we found the hotel everything was smooth and nice.

This was a one night stop over from Paris to the south. Was a great location as just of the motorway before the city congestion and close to places to eat and shops. The hotel was up to very good standard.

Nice for short stay , but nothing & I mean nothing nearby

We only stayed one night, during Euro 2016, the hotel was located quite a walk from the Metro station but it didn't matter as it was only for one day. We arrived much earlier than anticipated (mid-day) and went to the hotel to drop our bags off but they allowed us to check straight in which was great. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect too. The bathroom's were a little bit cramped but done the job. The bed's were comfortable. All in all

Nice hotel. We stayed two nights. Very happy with the overall quality of the new hotel. Parking was odd (stay on -2 floor and the door is next to the parking space). Overall good.

Very basic stay. Staff was nice and helpful but this is a stripped down to the essentials hotel.

We booked a two night stay for the Rugby European Final at Stade De Lyon, however when I booked in the hotel only had a record of one room, that of my friend being booked. There was nothing under my name the actual lead name however the receptionist, Nelly, was very helpful and managed to book us a room but for only the 1st night. The hotel was fully booked for the 2nd night and so I contacted Hotel.com who confirmed that I had booked for two nights. They then spoke to the receptionist but the only solution was if someone cancelled the Saturday night then the hotel could give us the room, otherwise they would find a nearby hotel for us to stay. Not the arrangement I was hoping for but guess the only option in the circumstances, that day we went out to Lyon city centre not knowing where two of us would be staying that night! As luck would have it there was a cancellation so it turned out ok in the end. I wasn't initially impressed that the booking system seemed to have broken down but reasonably impressed by the way both parties dealt with the situation.
