It was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Very nice staff, very nice guests. Everything is very uncomplicated.

This was a lovely hostel. Me and my friend felt extremely safe and calm here. The host was amazing, she gave us recommendations and always had a huge smile on her face. Me and my friend shared a double bedroom which had aircon and a view onto the pet parrot and parakeets. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and just what we needed. This is a great hostel if you are wanting a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Panama City! The only suggestion would be to bring your own hand soap as there wasn’t any in the bathroom :)

The lady owner is so decent, the place is walkable from a metro station via Argentina, so convenient, comfortable and clean, the kitchen is amazing and well equipped to cook !

Very cozy and quiet. I loved the aesthetics and artworks. The price was very affordable. Check-in was allowed at 4am without a reservation. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely visit again.

The hosts and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, and the B&B is convenient to many areas of interest in Panama City. While the place could be a bit quieter, the wonderful people and lovely courtyard made up for it. Bonus points for being dog-friendly and having (free) parking out front.

Wonderful place to stay! Family run, clean, friendly, reasonably priced. I stayed there my first few nights in Panama and everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend Panama House, I plan to stay there again on my way home.

This is a delightfully, quaint hostel, and I’m sitting out back on the patio in the middle of a peaceful little garden. The parrots delightful. A nice oasis from the middle of the city. I want to stay here again.

If you are looking for a more quiet place to stay. This is the place. Not too many travelers. the location is good. It is very close to metro station and easy to get to wherever you want. From airport, you can buy a metro card using the kiosk next to the exit door in lower level. Usually there is someone there to help. there are 2 kiosks on each door. the cost is $3 + $2 fare. You can take the E489 bus right outside the terminal to nearest metro station. From there you can get to where ever you want. Everything about the hostel is good except the parrots. just too noisy in the early morning. But you will get used to it. It is perfect place to stay and plan your next journey. I stayed 5 days and like it there. the place is clean and has AC. There is also laundry service in the hostel. The only person who speak English is the owners. They are very friendly. Internet is good. There is no tour desk so you have to figure out everything yourself. Of cause owner will try to help out but they usually are pretty busy. It is close to clinic in case you need to see a doctor. There are few convenience stores near by where you can buy groceries. Overall I like the hostel and will stay there again. If you are looking for a party or to meet many travelers, this might not be the best option. there is no sign outside the hostel when I was there so you need GPS to find the location. right cross the street is a restaurant.

This place is like a family stay. Amazing and comfy, but don’t stay if you plan on spending a night out. You have to ring the door every every time you want to enter, so it wouldn’t be good for coming back late to. Cute dogs! Cute parrot. Nice kitchen. Really nice people. Super clean. It’s better if you speak Spanish, I don’t think they speak much English.

I had a great stay in Panama City. The staff is helpful and nice!

The owner is welcoming and makes you feel like family. We had a problem with where we were going to staying on the Caribbean side, we came crawling home and our room was available. Only negative I would say was their barking dog. First two nights were really noisy with other guests (I think one worker was involved too), but as soon as we brought it to the owners attention, the problem was taken care of. Would definitely go back.

The property is a flagship of adventure of meeting new people from all over the world. If you are into this kind of thing and making sure you never eat breakfast alone, then this is for you. If you are a Hilton or Hyatt type of person who values comfort over human interaction, then perhaps this place isn’t for you. The owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home. She is the most genuine and warm person you would ever meet.

Great place with wonderful and welcoming staff. I will absolutely stay here next time I'm in town! Two patios with food and beer, a few awesome birds (not loud at night) as a bonus
