Beautiful place to stay on Atlantic side, great fishing, and good restaurants nearby.

The property grounds was awesome, the pool was always nice and warm. They have marina to either dock your boat. The view from the beach is spectacular. The room we had is clean and comfy for our family. The resort is close bynto any keys. If you are looking for a nice beach you will need to drive about 40mins to Sobrero beach.The staff were nice and friendly.

My room was very clean … but the outside surrounding needs maintenance. I would not go back.

I booked this room for a quick trip from miami. Wasn’t sure what I was getting with the deluxe cottage. I looked around the website and still wasn’t quite quite sure. When we finally showed up, it turned out. I had an entire building to myself, which was amazing. The beds were comfortable having a full-size fridge and kitchen made it possible to not have to eat out. The patio balcony faced the ocean so I was able to get have coffee and enjoy the sunrise.

We went for a three day trip to fish and dive, unfortunately the winds were 25 knots from the east all three days. Still, the marina was right on site and protected. The ride by boat to the back country was easy, quick and close. The hotel is your typical keys hotel, on the water, pool, nothing crazy fancy. We got a second floor room, clean and big. Sunday was great, Monday and Tuesday we were stuck next to a room being renovated. Hammer drills, banging and constant noise from 730am on. We left a night early due to this. With that aside, staff was extremely nice, very welcoming and sweet. I would absolutely stay here again!

The bathtub is filthy and in desperate need of replacement also the water doesn’t drain well. When we arrived at the property the beach access was filled with seaweed and there was a smell in the air of rotting fish…this isn’t necessarily the “fault” of the resort but definitely something to be aware of when booking

For those who enjoy boating jet skiing is amazing!!!

Door won't lock at all, toilet won't flush properly. Huge cockroaches (7 big ones in 6 days) wandering around the room.

It was more than expected. Room was clean and spacious and have everything in stock to cook in the kitchen. Very quiet resorts and Fisherman were super friendly highly recommend Captain Yampier Sanchez if you looking to go out sea fishing you will definitely come back with lots of fishes. Patricia and Mrs. Sally were super nice when purchasing things from the store and check out. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. I am very picky with my places to stay but they made me feel like I was in paradise. Only one down fall that I wish there was someone to clean out the seaweeds from the beach side, which I couldn't enjoy much and had to go somewhere else to go into the beach. Overall, Great Resort!

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, saucers, coffee, pot, toaster, refrigerator, stove oven. All you need to do is bring your own food. It didn’t supply coffee filters for the coffee pot so you might want to keep that in mind we had to use the paper towels as filters it worked out OK the beds are comfortable. We had a first floor so we walked right out to the dock lots of iguanas, but they seem to be friendly little disappointed on the small area for taking a quick dip and I mean a quick dip it could’ve been dredged out a little bit. Outside in the yard, you have a barbecue grill you need to supply your own charcoal or barbecues next-door has a nice restaurant a tiki bar and music which you walk there in two minutes all casual Attire. To swim,we went to the state parks. One is only five minutes up the road and is free to get him if you show your room reservation to the guard. That was called founders State Park We didn’t do much seeking out restaurants so I can’t help you there, but I do know that there were plenty within a matter of a 2-5 minute drive We met a lot of nice people. You can also rent a boat right there for the day or for half a day you can go up the road to Robbies marinas catch a ride ,little over $100 a person for half a day. Great resort, clean rooms, clean property, great water views, nice beach area with clean sand, water area could have been cleaned of seaweed, pool was very clean but ladder was broken and should have been fixed.

loved our view of the bay however bathtub was gross, mat looked dirty and tub was rusted. There was a high pitched noise all night I believe from the wind coming in under the door so we didn’t get any sleep.Otherwise, it was clean and property is decent.

We stayed for the weekend and had a fantastic time. Resort is an older style but that’s what we liked about it. Laid back and simple. We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very simple but again that’s what we liked..Patricia the manager told us about The boat company that rents boats right out front.we decided to take a half day boat ride over to the islamorada sand bar. Absolutely amazing time. Would stay again if we get back to the keys…

The property is excellent. Communications from the staff can be improved.

The closeness to the ocean and the beautiful views. There was a crew trimming some tree leaves in the afternoon which became very noisy.

Staff was awesome. Loved the barbeque area and the lovely views of the ocean. Our family had a blast!
