Perfect location and as the name says, directly on the Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fresh and delicious breakfast. We stayed at "the loft" with sea view, cool room but without balcony. We will be back!

Won’t return until we can make tea/coffee in room

Lovely hotel with the back gate leading onto the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.Very nice pool area with a few different sunbed options and seating area. I felt the bed was too firm but my wife was fine with it.

Great location, friendly staff room cleaning was ok but could have been better also carpet in public areas was not cleaned once during our stay. Pool water liked a bit murky !

Looks good enough on the surface but the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and hard. Just overall very sterile and corporate.

Great hotel with fantastic ocean views. Lovely relaxing pool area. The G&T at check in wins you over straight away! And close proximity to the very fun town of Alvor a big plus too.

Loved it!!... Staff were super nice and the hotel was beautiful and very clean.

This is probably the best location in alvor. Easiest access to the beach. The hotel is not old but starting to show wear and tear in the bathrooms. Pools are not heated so water can be chilly on a lot of days. Breakfasts are ok, they do the job but pretty basic selection. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

We loved the style of ghe property and its proximity to the local beach. The pool area is very well designed and zoned around two great pools. The vibe is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is mixed: great selection of fresh fruits, bread and eggs to order; otherwise very processed. No fresh orange juice (in Portugal!!). After 3/4 years, some general re-painting required but hotel us very clean and staff very welcoming.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, and only a stone's throw from the beach and local town. I would definitely return in the future.

Quirky hotel- perfect location

I liked the modern decor and contemporary lay-out of the building, attractive and unusual being a low-level height as opposed to the other hotels in that area. Spacious and comfortable bedroom, nice touch having complimentary water a soft drinks available in the room.

Rooms are clean and location in great. Access to a nice beach. Staff wasn’t as resourceful as I would have expected in making recommendation for restaurants and things to do around town. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Superb hotel and wonderful holiday. The hotel was recommended by a friend and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to others. The next time we go to Alvor we will definitely stop here again.

Retro hotel conveniently positioned adjacent to the beach with private access. Interior had suffered abuse and the breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected.

Nice modern hotel great location but wouldnt say its baby friendly there is no kettle or microwave in the room. When I asked reception if I could borrow a kettle or microwave for my stay at the hotel the man at reception answered that I can go and buy one to put in my room which I found was not helpful at all but when I got back to my room a different staff member rang me to say I could use the microwave in the hotel kitchen when was helpful but meant I could pass the bottles to the staff to put in the microwave to be sterisled. However I dont think this is hygienic so I would suggest putting at least a kettle in the rooms. Also none of the pools were heated and it was too cold to put my baby in the pool which was a shame. We got gin and tonic on arrival which was a lovely treat. Would recommend to adults without kids. Also SEA restaurant is very over priced and voucher is misleading when says hotel guests get 5-10% off as it means 5% which still works out more expensive then any other restaurant and food quality is not good. Land view is terrible as we couldnt use our balcony due to the garden growing right up into our balcony which had too many insects.

First trip and enjoyed it, a little light on staff sometimes however would love to come back and stay a little longer next time!

This place is amazing! Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice. Pool area is really chilled. Had an amazing massage, all in all a totally brilliant place and I'd highly tecommend
