The hotel is located in a very safe area, we walked the businesses around the hotel every place we stoped by people are very friendly.
The hotel customer service is EXCELLENT, all employees are respectful, friendly and always keep a smile no matter how tired they may be, they are always willing to help, the breakfasts are fresh and delicious. I do not give the building an excellent rating because I think it needs an update, although I can say that they always keep it very clean. I'm sure that when I return to visit El Salvador I will definitely stay at this hotel "Beverly Hills Hotel and Business"

Receptionist was nice , and room was very clean

The room was decent, but there was a couple things. One of them was that the cable tv wasn’t working until room service was called to help. Another one was that the shower hose had a hole and splashed everywhere in the bathroom when I came back. Besides those two, the customer service and everything else was great.

Terrible staff at reception. Would never stay there again. Pretty bad experience. Too bad. Small, but sharp rooms. Ladies at breakfast quite nice. Overall NEGATIVE attitude of the hotel. NOT recomended. Very poor Customer service!!

Spent 7 nights @ BH hotel and business, Thursday night was quite noisy with race cars until 12 mdnight and Sunday afternoon was Motorcycles until 8pm. This could be a problem with room facing street side. The rest of the time room was quiet, nice city view. Good complementary breakfast ( different options everyday). 10 out 10.
