It's an excellent place for your budget. My stay in the hotel was great. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a variety. The room is clean and well-maintained. The only down review is the carpark, which has limited availability and is on a first come, first serve basis.

One major inconvenience was the physical key. Very annoying when my wife and I had different schedule and the same key was being used to keep the lights on.
Visiting other rooms without taking the key out was challenging.

This is one of several visits to this hotel, which is like a home from home to us. Staff recognised us from previous visits and really treated us well. We had a fabulous room and the breakfast each morning was really good - excellent value for money. Siva, in the restaurant, took very good care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book this hotel again.

Clean,staff pleasant. Breakfast adequate. But the wardrobe sliding door didn’t work properly. It was hard to open. Some TV channels were not clear ( CNN and some others). As we were leaving The hotel early morning when we checked out, they gave us sandwiches and fruits to take with us for breakfast.

Worth the price, very clean, staff were very helpful specially restaurant staff Siva and also would like to compliment Shasha and Jayanth. Breakfast and their inhouse bakery items are scrumptious. Worth the price. Location is great as close to the ocean view/breeze. Not having swimming pool (or we didnt check) as it was a hectic trip.Highly recommend this hotel in Colombo

The property was ok. Nice view to the beach from hotel room. Convenient to shopping. Room bathroom had roaches and shower drain was accumulating water. On my complaint, my room was upgraded to better room.

Excellent Hotel, this is the fourth time we have stayed and at all times we have had fantastic service. Each staff member provides a service with a smile, they are all very courteous, the place and the rooms are-exceptionally clean. Siva, Roger and Dushan always remember your food and drinks requirements and have these ready for you when you sit for breakfast or Dinner. Fantastic team, reception desk, security, room service and restaurant, all go that extra mile to help you. Keep it up and well done.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for 2 nights as part of a whistle stop tour around Sri Lanka. We had a private driver with us whilst travelling. An extra roll-out bed was provided for 1750 rupees (for our driver) by hotel management.
The main reception area was beautiful and had an amazing aroma (which we later discovered was cinnamon oil). The room we stayed in was very grand, clean, with great AC/fans as well as a beautiful bathroom

Only few things against this very nice place. No windows or balcony to feel the sea breeze and no garden. Need to add more local menu for lunch and dinner like hoppers,kothhu rotti etc.Other wise good place. 8.5

Had a quick stay here after our late incoming flight to Colombo. Room was large, comfy, clean with excellent breakfast (both Sri Lankan and Western options).
