I have stayed at this property before. The rooms are spacious & clean. Its location is central to the town which is in easy walking distance.

The room was was filthy. Bed really old and uncomfortable. The pillows smelt of body odour.

Nice and central to Mullum, run by the "middle" pub - that does excellent $20 meals. Relatively easy to find, adequate parking, a short walk to everything. Affordable and reasonably basic, it still has all you need and a comfy bed.

We knew this wasn’t going to be the Hilton. But we didn’t want it to be. It was humble, homely and in the most incredible location. We had dinner at a near by Italian restaurant and then saw a cool band down at the middle pub. The next day we went to Crystal castle. All of these activities were so convenient thanks to the location of our accommodation at this motel. The rooms were way cuter than we thought too. We would stay again :)

The staff at the hotel where you check in absolutely fantastic, might be an idea to include that you check in at the hotel on the site.

unclean, cramped, no parking, caretaker a real creep.

This hotel was pretty much exactly as I would have expected. It suited me fine. It is a little odd to have to go to the Middle pub to check in, but it isn't far, though could be too far if it was raining. Otherwise clean and very quiet. The hot water system was some distance from my room, so took a while to get hot water, but it was fine once it arrived.

It was central to everything in the town

Smoke detector beeping all night could not shut it up got no sleep

Perfectly adequate three star motel, no better or worse than most I have stayed in. For the price, it was a good place to sleep and refresh. I stayed 5 nights over Easter. Easy check-in (at the pub down the road), comfortable bed, plenty of hot water (wait a few minutes for it to flow through), close to shops, some noise but not particularly disturbing. I will certainly stay again.

A very average place with no one on reception. Had to go to the pub to check in. Whilst room was clean, the unrenovated bathroom wasn't great. The location was very noisy. The grounds unkept.

Clean room. Bed was fine. Perfectly functional for a work stopover. The club next door does a good meal. No on-site manager, you have to go to a pub in town to check-in and get your key - so that was a bit weird.

Very inconvenient that you have to walk 2 blocks to pick up key from pub.. Not enough parking… had to park in main road.. Air conditioning was a little noisy Other than that . Clean and comfortable beds

Affordable accommodation for a one night stop over. Clean and had all required amenities.

reasonable size rooms, located very close to the RSL club and a short walk to the main street. Good water pressure in the showers, A/C was effective and beds were comfortable. The confirmation advice tells that reception is open till 11pm. What isn't mentioned is that the key is to be picked up from the Middle Hotel in the main street. We got off the coach and walked past this pub on our way to the hotel, only to have to backtrack to the pub to get the key. Its not far, but at 9.30pm after a tiring day travelling it was another journey which could have been avoided. Tariff is competitive with others in the area, location to town is good, and I would stay there again.
