Nice, safe area. Breakfast was good for a nice start to the day. Close to the highway for easy access to and from the hotel. Walmart and a few dining areas very close, walking distance. Clean room, everything working. Nice, usable gym for a quick workout

This was a very poor stay. We arrived to be told that they only had two room available even with our booking had to choose if we wanted a working tv or a working ac. And were told they could not offer a refund because we booked with Hotels.com. Then found the room to have no water pressure and dirty towels!!! Feel as if a refund should have been offer !!

Couldn’t get into room. The door handle opened up instead of down. The pillow cases were stained with makeup and sheets were also dirty probably not changed just made. They gave us another room. Towels were stained and old and made us question whether they were clean. Would

THE FIRST ROOM I WAS GIVEN THE CARPET WAS SOAKING WET, AND THE ROOM HAD A BAD SMELL TO IT, SHE SAID THEY HAD SHAMPOOED THE FLOOR EARLIER THAT DAY AND SHE WASNT AWARE OF IT, PLUS SHE PUT IN A ROOM WHERE THE NEXT DOOR GUEST HAD THERE DOG UNLEASHED IN THE HALL WAY, AND THE NEXT DOOR GUEST WHERE LOUD AS HELL AND KIDS KEPT RUNNING IN AND OUT THE ROOM PLAYING AND SCREAMING, THE SECOND ROOM THEY MOVED ME TO THE FIRE DETECTOR AND CARBON MONOXIDE KEPT BEEPING ALL NIGHT BECUASE THE BATTERIES NEED TO BE REPLACED IT WAS SO BAD TILL THE POINT THAT I HAD TO GET UP AND GO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASK THEM TO COME AND REMOVE THEM SO I COULD SLEEP, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIIN ITS GHETTO FABOULOUS

The front desk staff at night check in were great. The room was clean-ish. The pillows were TINY & very uncomfortable!! The power flickered off and on constantly and front desk said it was due to some reason and didn’t fully explain. Animals running wild on property. The water pressure was horrible and I could barely shower! I will never stay with your company again after this.

Food was terrible. Pool was not opem due to health reasons. Smell of weed was prominent in the hallways. Place is overrun by people that are living there. Hotel is terribly run down. Will NOT return! Disgusting!

The property location and itself great. However the manager and it's staff are horrible. A housekeeper walked in my room (with the privacy sign on the door) while my husband And were naked doing adult things and all we got from management was a half apology

It would have been great but as we went to check in we were told we had a room with twin beds instead of King that I had originally purchased because they overbooked. Nothing offered for the inconvenience, but if we would have not showed we would have got charged. What a joke. I will say the lady at the front was amazing though and very helpful. I felt so bad for having to deal with that all on her own. It wasn’t her fault that it got overbooked was an online booking.

This stay was a bit of a disappointment!
1. Room smelled musty
2. There was trash under the bed left from previous travelers that was not cleaned!!
3. Water pressure in bathroom sink was barely there, we had to wash our hands in tub!

The hotel was in a good location for my needs. I thjnk it provides great value. I enjoy the fitness room and, of course, the breakfast.

The breakfast area was superbly maintained by Patrick who really knows customer service and support. He is definitely a plus the hotel. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and the room suited my need. There's a shortage of housekeeping staff so my room was not maintained while I was a guest. The hotel pool is under maintenance so it's not in use.

It only took me one night to get used to it, and it’s not a big deal, but if you’re on the front side of the hotel, the road noise is noticeable. Maybe bring some ear plugs for your first night!

Everything was great about my stay except when I got to my room the wifi would not reach the room. I went to the service desk to ask about it and I was told theres nothing they can do and it just is what it is. All staff was amazing and friendly but the owners and management need to fix the wifi issue. Deters me from wanting to book with them in the future.

This is my second stay here and i really can relax. The staff is very nice especially Ms. Kathy. She always makes me feel at home. Nice hotel and will stay here again.

We initially booked for a week, but changed reservation due to extreme weather. Our room was clean and tidied upon arrival. The staffs, and I mean every single one of them, were amazing! They were extremely accommodating, warm and welcoming. Had some great conversations and help, even when we were kinda being dumb and that’s why things didn’t work. They were still extremely patience with us. We will definitely be a regular everytime my partner comes in from California.

My only complaint is the water pressure in the bathroom sink. It was terrible. That would be the only improvement I would recommend. The service was great and I enjoyed my stay!
