The room was very nice and really comfortable bed. Bathroom was big, clean and easy to use.

Definitely not soundproof-could hear all bathroom action in other rooms. Parking very tight with large vehicles hard to manoeuvre around.
Overall, good for a quick overnight stay.

Lovely little place to stop for the night. We were down the end and was much quieter than you would expect. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet location just a walk over the bridge to the main street, clean room and good hot water pressure- breakfast was included but had to leave before 8am.

they advertise that breakfast is included. yet when we turned up at reception we were told due to the public holiday they couldnt offer us the breakfast. no apologies just matter of fact. they had four days to contact us and give us the option to cancel and get a refund but they didn't. the old woman could at least have said sorry. but Nope she obviously couldnt care as she already had our payment.
the room itself was very ordinary and could do with a spruce up. they have a great big note in the room telling you not to eat food while sitting on the bed or penalties will be charged. but they dont give you a table and chairs ( only a small single seat desk ) for two people. and its on a very busy road with traffic noise starting about 6am.
over all i wouldnt recomend this place

Obviously newly refurbished. Our room was clean, smart and tidy. Nice modern bathroom. Liked the touch of the “cherry red” towels.
Conveniently located close to town centre. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Only downside was he street lights through the windows during night time. The vertical strip curtains allowed much light - despite attempts to adjust.

What was unique was it’s the first motel to not be helpful with a late check in, be careful to not be outside his exact hours. Unhelpful and no care for customers.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are downright rude. The location on the highway is very noisy with lots of truck compression braking at night.

Clean quite and friendly staff. I missed the complimentary breakfast as I had to leave early.

Location is great. The only sour point was being given late checkout at 11am and was out for meeting and returned to the room before 10am and found the towels cleared and this is despite the fact that I placed a do not clean card on the door and had not returned the keys. Luckily nothing was lost but this is a basic rule which i thought all hotels would observed and honoured their commitment.

The street outside is quite noisy with trucks and semis - the motel is on the main highway at an intersection. The blinds in my room did not meet in the middle and the street light shone across my bed.

Upon checking in I arrived at 13:45 and was told to come back in 15 minutes. I just did a 600k drive. The guy at reception was rude and I can’t see how he runs this place like that. No milk in the room. Can’t fill kettle. No curtains in room, can’t get to sleep due to noise. The place is worse then your grandmothers house from 1968, rooms are old and need updating. Dead insects on floor. Plenty of other places to stay look there first.

2 family members got kicked out cause we exceeded the room capacity at 11pm. So 2 slept in the room and 2 in the car 😡. The owner threaten to call the police if we didn't leave cause of some insurance related thing in terms of capacity. Where's the humanity gone and how would he offer help to someone in need. I've made sure all my mates know where NOT to stay in future.
