Amazing customer service from reception and great access to the sights why being a little removed from hustle and bustle. The beds are firm so know that.

Really nice hotel, v friendly staff, lovely pool, nice breakfast with lots of choice, beautiful gardens all in a beautifully restored historic house with lots of nice decorative touches from the region.

Great staff, close to the main square, restaurants, shops. I was able to all over the town for sightseeing. The little pool was very cute too. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in arranging me a taxi to San Juan Del Sur. I’d definitely stay again if I visit Nicaragua again.

Central location, clean, and the staff were attentive. We found some outdated information in their guest handbooks, and they quickly addressed by offering breakfast past the actual hours due to the misprint in their book. The next day, they reprinted outdated pages.

The breakfast is outstanding - plus it is included. Eveything is in close walking distance.

Walked every where. Great bar and restaurant across the street.ad more in a few blocks. Whenever we had leftovers someone on the street would really appreciate them. Therefore some poor hungry street people.

We LOVED our stay here! The hotel is soo dreamy - the architecture, the flowers, the plants! Service was spectacular - we utilized their laundry services for an extra charge (only $5) and everything came back perfect, room was cleaned every day & they scheduled volcano tours & taxis for us to get to San Jorge for our next stop in Nicaragua. Bocadillos is the restaurant located in the hotel. It was INCREDIBLE. My Husband and I either ate or had drinks there every single day. Free breakfast was delicious and the menu had a lot of options considering it’s free. Everything we had ordered was great. The hotel was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Place was clean and in good location - all attractions in walking distance. Good wifi and air conditioning. Clean room. TV only local channels (no news or programs in English) and picture quality very bad. Breakfast included in booking does not include and meats or juices - extra charge. Hotel does not offer currency exchange. Overall though, I would recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. Good experience in Granada and enjoyed my stay.

A beautiful colonial house in center of Granada. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. They have a nice little bar and the cocktails they prepare are excellent. Personnel was very kind and helpful. There is on street parking for 2$ per night. A very good stay!

I’m traveling from the US , Los Angeles to be exact and I was nervous about the hotels in this city in a different country but everything was super easy when I got there and everyone is welcoming and friendly , you can walk to the best restaurants within a mile distance, you get a lot for your buck and the staff is great. My room was nice simple and clean I can not complain at all, the pool and garden is the best part of this place. I highly recommend!

I booked this hotel for one night on March 17th. However, on the 16th, Costa Rica announced it was closing its borders because of covid-19. Believing it too risky to leave the country, I messaged the hotel to tell them that I was going to cancel my trip and my stay. I asked if I would be able to get my money back. The manager kindly messaged me and said that would be no problem as they were not going to charge my credit card until I arrived. I wish them the best during this time of crisis and hope I will be able to stay there in the future.

Our family of four just had a lovely stay at the Casa at the end of our week in Nicaragua. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The proximity to the town square but far enough away from all the din, the warm staff, and the incredible breakfast made for a truly memorable stay. Make sure you try the artisanal yogurt and homemade granola! We’ll be back soon...
