We had stayed in this hotel many times before, but seems service is not as before! Breakfast is useless and less than before for provided food and variety. Although we stayed in non smoking room, we smelled weed and noise to 3-4 AM

We had a very nice, comfortable 3 night stay. Nothing fancy but everything is clean, parking is very convenient, free breakfast is very good and the beds are comfortable.
I know beds are a personal preference but my husband and I both commented that they were probably the most comfortable we have had during a hotel stay. I would be very interested to know the make and model of the mattress!

Well, the first evening we stayed there our shower didn’t work and my husband could not wash his hair and it was crazy that we paid 500 some dollars for one night when I showered didn’t even work. We left the guy at the front desk and he said that they would fix it. They did the second day but that doesn’t make up for the first evening. I’m not being able to take a shower and wash your hair, the breakfast was awful

The hotel is not in downtown Pittsburgh but good for my purpose. There is only one restaurant nearby. The hotel is getting a bit old. The room is good. The kitchen is equipped. Breakfast is typical.

Clean and quiet, except the refrigerator which was noisy. Comfortable beds. The shower water pressure was too low. The breakfast was the same every day that we checked it out during our week stay, but there's a good restaurant almost next door that has a good breakfast menu

We called ahead to make them aware that we would be arriving late. When we got there around 1045pm, we were checked in promptly. The lobby had a smell. We selected a room with a fold out sofa for our kids. During check in, they gave us blood stained sheets. Our room was very dirty. The carpet have MANY huge dark stains. The shower was dirty and had hair in it. It was very outdated. Trash under mattress and on the floor. We called hotels.com and was told to try to resolve directly with the hotel staff. They had nothing to offer and would not refund us our money. We were literally there for minutes!

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the adjustable temperature was nice. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. When we called the front desk, they were delivered quickly. Could tell the hotel is aging, elevator was slow and a bit shaky, there were holes in the bathroom wall where clearly something was removed and not filled in, and the carpets in the hall were worn and tattered. Overall, a good place to lay your head after a concert at PNC park.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for one night on a trip to Pittsburgh. This hotel is lovely as it was clean, updated and had a comfortable bed.
The breakfast is the typical continental breakfast with sausage/eggs, waffles, fruits, cereal etc. which works great for a convenient breakfast . Coffee is reasonably nice too.
Overall a pleasant experience at this hotel. The location is quite close to Mt. Washington so the drive to the two inclines are less than 10 mins. The drive to downtown was also quite convenient as was the exit out of town to the north shore as we made our return home.
The value is great considering parking, breakfast is included in the fee.
Note that the parking lot can get quite full at night.

There is a bad smell when you enter the lobby. This may be coming from the pool??? The front desk staff are not welcoming and seem somewhat indifferent. The pillows on the beds are very small and lumpy. About half as wide as a normal pillow. They gave me a headache. It felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The breakfast is underwhelming at best. Not much to choose from and the coffee is poor. The best part about this hotel is having two queen beds and a sofa bed in the same room.

The housekeeping was very good, and the staff were helpful. The traffic at the location is fast moving, making getting into the parking area relatively rushed.

Despite having a non smoking room, our room definitely smelled of smoke when we entered. We needed an extra pillow for the number of people in our room. They told us they “don’t have anymore pillows”. That is not acceptable. We reserved for 6 people. They should have pillows for 6 people. The pool was inaccessible and when I tried to check out, it took quite some time waiting for an employee to show up. I was not impressed. It was mostly clean and decently fed. But the rest of the facility wasn’t great.

The hotel was nice and clean with lots of amenities, including complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but for the location. Decent part of town but somewhat difficult to get to and from when traveling downtown. Roads were confusing. Can only make a right turn out of parking lot and go south. For the same reason you can only arrive from coming north.

Good commuters stay with large room, clean with lots of linens, microwave and fridge. Very little commercial businesses around the hotel so best to take supplies or a bag meal in. Good breakfast buffet too.

After our first night we asked for a different room due to the bed smelling awful. The manager was helpful and our second night was much better. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was weak.

Overall a convenient and nice place to stay. The cleaning and property staff were excellent as were some of the front desk staff. One front desk staff member was unprofessional, and unfriendly.

Gym cardio elliptical and bike the programming does not work so pretty useless. Tv had some weird things going on as well.

Made a request to front desk to send someone to check the water stains on ceiling, fix the "hook" on back of bathroom door, and fix the loose electric plug outlet near the far right corner on Friday afternoon.
But nothing was done as we checked out on Sunday morning. :(
