Checked into room with1. Broken toilet2. No hot water unitHad no hot water for days and when they finally caved in and installed a new unit it was found the place doesnt have enough power. This means if many are using electricity youre SOL. And even if you had power you have to use lower pressure for hot water and not use the sink or hair dryer. If you do the breaker trips.Had hotels.com intervened to have them experienced the same customer service, worse even because the woman manager hung up and then refused to pick up the phone. Ultimately hotels.com was just as useless as I realized they had no authority nor can they do anything about the service or stay. Hotels compensation was a max of $27 email code which Ive yet to see. This amount doesnt even cover one nights stay of my 6. Will NOT be usunig or recommending Hotels to anyone I can reach out to.Laundry service was a mess as they just shoved everyones clothing together. The nightmarish part? The clothes werent even washed. They fcking scented spray most of them. Some were so bad we couldnt even use them!Every breakfast was also a mess as no one spoke English well. This amounted to people waiting a long time for them to server and aer er the right items.Lastly the front desk is mostly vacant and unattended. It hurts more when you realized that your calls and eventual shouting is just being ignored as the family that takes care of the place lives right behind the front desk!Worse stay ever. Avoid.

The staff was nice and helpful most of the time. However, the bedroom was not very comfortable and it was very dark. The pillows were very hard. There was a leakage in the bathroom and the shower didnt have much water. There were two pairs of old flip-flops in the rooms bathroom. I wasnt sure if those were from the staff or if they were supposed to be complimentary flip-flops. They looked dirty and used.I read some good reviews about the breakfast and that was one of the main reasons I chose this place. I was very disappointed by it. The bread was just some supermarket toast bread, jam and butter come in those little packs, the banana pancake was not pancake filled with a banana cream. No. The banana was mixed into the pastry apparently. And I think there was some cheese there. Coffee was instant coffee. The fruits were good, but I guess I should prize nature and not the hotel for that. You can walk down the main street and have a very good french style breakfast, with good bread, at the hotel/coffeeshop Indigo.

We spent 4 nights at this charming guest house. The location was perfect close to the river and close to all the attractions. Our room was comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. The best part of this resort is the Manager, Ben. He was so extremely pleasant and helpful. He worked really hard to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at Villa le Tam Tam. Everything about it was excellent, especially the friendly hosts.
