The hotel is definitely good value for your money. It doesn’t have a continental breakfast, but our room had a large fridge, plates, cups, utensils & coffee. Good choices nearby for dining or shopping for your own. There isn’t a stove or oven & I didn’t notice a bbq, but then I wasn’t looking. I would recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Grand Forks & I would stay there again.

I liked being able to park right outside the room - made unpacking a breeze. It was hard to keep the various plugs in the sockets, and the air conditioning wasn't up to par - maybe i didn't. know how to use it, but it kept glitching and turning off (thermostat) but wouldn't be very quick to cycle back on. I didn't report it, though.

The motel is nice and locally situated in the town. Friendly staff. Check-in was excellent and easy. Rum was better than expected. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Unfortunately the room was not the same as in the pictures. The pictures showed a more updated look whereas my room had a folding banquet table for furniture. Also, the bed had a sag and really should be replaced.

We stayed recently for 1 night. Myself and my 9 yr old. The motel is older but very well maintained. The room was clean. The bed super comfortable. 2 types of pillows on the bed was a win. Lovely motel. Looks to be run by a family. Older gentleman who checked us in was friendly and professional.
