Great little cabin . We were worried about late check in but they have awesome system setup. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Coffee maker didn’t work, shower constantly dripped, outdoor chair barely had fabric left on it, old noisy beds.

They need to replace the carpet. I’d rather have bare floors that don’t absorb the stink of pets and perfumed carpet freshener. I cannot stand that smell and therefore we took one whiff and decided to drive 50 miles rather than sleep in that room.

The swimming pool is inoperable. I wasn’t told of this and the website did not make me aware of this either.

If you are considering this motel DO NOT DO IT! If you can afford to pay a little more DO go somewhere else. The pictures do not show the true level of DUMP that the RTM cabin and motel is. The “AC” is a hole in the wall and is a swamp cooler. The heaters are falling off the walls. The shower had mold and gross things hanging from the ceiling as did the bathroom fan and box fan we had to use to keep reasonably cool. The toilet seat was barely holding on by one rusty bolt. The weeds outside are 3 feet tall and the bugs are terrible. The door locks but has clearly been repaired several times and the windows had torn screens. The only “plus” was a big selection of tv channels. That kept us (2 adults 2 kids from WY) distracted enough to not think too much about what the mattresses under the sheets might look like. Thankfully the rug was dark brown so we couldn’t see what might be happening down there. Keep your shoes on!! We appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff but that only goes so far in keeping a place from completely rotting away.

The facility was advertised as rustic, but it was more like a dump. The grounds were covered with tall weeds and junk everywhere. The furniture was filthy, room condition was kind of unsafe and unsanitary due to plumbing and electrical system problems. We had to switch rooms to find one that was borderline acceptable. Other guests reported the same conditions in their rooms. We all referred to it as the “no maintenance motel.” The price was similar to others in the area, but everything was full due to special events over the weekend, so we were unable to switch to other lodging. The staff support person was available, helpful and courteous! The owner was absent but “on-call,” they never made an appearance.

Place was quite run down. Room was clean, but showed its age and lacked some amenities, like any information regarding WiFi password. Bed was comfortable. Overall property seemed run down.

I dont have anything nice to say except that there were no bed bugs and the only bugs in our room were not the biting kind. Also, the sheets were clean.

Central location to down town and hot springs. Egyptian sheets were amazing! Shower was small but water pressure was amazing. Bathroom looked to be in the middle of an improvement project. Radiant heat missing cover. Overall cozy.

We had a funky, eclectic cabin (#11). While this kind of place isn’t for everyone, we loved it. The cabin was small but had everything we needed. The king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals. Swim towels were provided which was nice for the springs. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a blanket/linens for the futon.

We tried the cabins there and our cabin was sinking which caused the doors to stick. Also the cabin is not big enough for 2 adults and a teenager. The rooms may be better for a family like ours(space wise) We liked the quietness that was there.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room was clean. There was no bedside table but that was ok. It was an easy check in and check out.

The gal that works here is fantastic. The cabins are really bad. Not clean and falling apart. The owner needs to upgrade the cabins. Price too high for what you get.

We left and could not sleep here. It is unsafe and electrical wires are showing and windows don’t close. I will be working to get my money back

Needs a lot of attention and upkeep on the outside

Very cluttered with weeds not very much upkeep done not enough towels in rooms , two beach towels and two regular towels for a room that sleeps four no hand towels not enough wash cloths the two ladies I dealt did an excellent job and they provided excellent service! But when you check out no one is available office is open but it is if no one is there

The cabins were clean and the bed was comfortable. The window air conditioner wasn’t large enough to keep the room cool with people in the room. Weeds are taking over the outside sitting porch and there is a lot of junk laying around. Staff was helpful and friendly. Reservations and check out was easy and correct. Not the Hilton, but if you’re just gonna sleep and go it was more than adequate.

Maggie is very friendly and helpful, she made sure everthing was clean and neat. The property however, is a problem. The cabin we were in needs maintenance. Probably the worst was the missing facet handle in the bathroom, followed closely by the front door not latching unless you slammed or pulled very hard, and the bathroom door handle- I thought I was going to get stuck. The vinyl tiles in the bathroom and kitchen were missing corners. In the kitchen area the sink had a constant drip, and the air conditioner was held in place partially with a mattress pad/cover stuffed in the top. The mattress cover on one of the beds was torn, and there was a piece of 2” foam just laying on top of the mattress. In the bathroom there was a bored missing on the closet wall, holes in the back of the door, and nowhere to hang towels. There was a picture on the wall that the paper had slid down in the frame, and an antler with hooks over the bed were it wasn’t useful. On the exterior the porch light didn’t have a bulb, and the picnic area had been over run with weeds. It does NOT match the pictures in the listing. If this were my property I would address these issues before the next guest set foot in the room. That being said, it served our purpose and the air conditioning worked marvelously! I would probably stay there again, but knowing what to expect would have been nice.

There was no AC but the beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Miss. Maggie is a delightful lady.

The property was very unkept. While the room was vacuumed and the beds made (dark red sheets—I assume they were clean), the room had very old furniture and no where place your items (there was a luggage rack but no flat surface such as a dresser or table. Tiny table for nightstand). The baseboard heaters were dirty and covered with rust. The bathroom fan/light was filled with bugs and dust. There was no AC in our room. Old appliances and misc. junk on the side of the building, next to the outdoor area where the bbq pit is located. The outside door had a cheap handle which definitely did not give a sense of security. Not sure where the free bag of ice was as there was no one in the office when we were leaving. With a 4.2 rating on Expedia, I really expected better.

The lady working the motel was extremely nice and helpful. The motel itself lacked immensely — the microwave did not work, the A/C was not big enough to handle the hot temps, the picture for the website was very misleading. I have learned that if there is no refund stated — go elsewhere.

The cabins were cute and cozy. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The cabins could use some updates but we’re clean and charming.

To be fair, after spending a half hour in this cabin we fled. The clerk/manager/maid who checked us in was nice but the property is abysmal. The cabin was tiny, the fridge needed defrosting, there were wires hanging down in the closet, and we were greeted by two yellow jackets I had to kill. Terrible property. 0 stars.

Maggie is an excellent host. I had a great time. The property is a little old but that’s the charm of it. The heater worked great and everything was comfortable but Maggie is who made the stay fun. She really works hard to make you comfortable. Sure, you might wish for the place to be a little more updated but all the charm is there.

What a sweetheart and attentive desk clerk.

Just got my keys to my room from the mailbox but had to call to figure out how to check in. Seemed unsafe to just leave keys outside in a box with name and room number. The TV turns on but can't watch anything.

What a great vacation. Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. Friendly..courteous..helpful. Easy access to the hot springs and restaurants.

It was very cheap

The lady was very nice but the cabin is old, uneven floors, power/electrical outlet just hanging in the closet with cords,, water dropped in tub, luke warm water, dirt, stained caved cushions on chairs to sit on , gross dirty attempt of kitchen,, then right next to the main road all traffic right next to cabin,, not impressed. The bed was squishy soft ,,this is why I travel with my own blanket and pillow

I walked from Riverton to here. Was a nice place to crash.
