Beautiful property, nicely decorated, good breakfast. But for me too warm in room and not allowed to change unless permission and the bed was not comfortable for me. Maybe for others but not for me

Excellent inn for the price. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. A plus that the windows open.

There were several things that just felt "off" to us. 1. The bathroom was so tiny and shower needed a good scrubbing. Built for tiny adults, so thankfully we aren’t very big. Would have been less of a surprise if they had shown bathroom picture with room pictures. Front desk gal Friday and Sunday was robotic and not friendly. We almost saw her smile as we left on Sunday. Saturday gal was very friendly. When hotels don't do room care during a 2-night stay, ALWAYS give each person 2 washcloths. Having to ask for a clean one is demeaning.

Our first time at the Inn. Quiet and quaint. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the seclusion of the property. Much better than staying in a hotel. The only thing that really needs improving upon would be the bed mattress. It really needs replacing as it sinks terribly which makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It would be nice to see additional snacks available to guests during their stay after breakfast hours are over. Very clean place. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

the construction on premises took away some but understandable. I had challenges with the dish TV but that was operator error. Wifi worked fine.

Quaint bed and breakfast in beautiful mountain setting. Lots to do on property- board games, reading, antique shop, pool or just sit outside and enjoy the views. The hosts are very warm and knowledgeable about the area. We visited chimney rock and the biltmore during our stay.

I was there to visit my mom who is dying with stage IV cancer, in town from Delaware to say goodbye for 2 days. The hotel was such a great reprieve from the tough emotions and a comfy place to lay my head. I will be back since hospice called stating it is the end. Only wish I could afford to stay for a week. You all and your property are amazing. If you ever want to sell, I would buy. Such great energy, views, staff, all of it. And thank you for having soda waters and other drinks at the ready for when I arrived late night after an emotional day. Hope to see you all again one day!

We had a lovely stay at this charming inn. It is not "pristine" as the main part of the inn is very old... but therein lies its character and charm. The inn and its grounds are lovely and the large window in our room provided a gorgeous view of sunrise over the mountains. Very convenient to Hendersonville with plenty of restaurants and cute shops. But there are so many great spots at the inn - both inside and outside - I equally enjoyed time just reading a book and enjoying the views.

Not a pleasant stay. The bed was so soft the sheets kept popping off at the corners while we slept. Only 1 plug in the room, "free" breakfast was empty of most foods both mornings. On the second day we searched for someone but couldn't find anyone but a rude kitchen worker. I would not recommend staying here.

We chose Echo Mountain as our place to stay while celebrating our anniversary. We liked the history, the beautiful grounds and the opportunity to enjoy a hearty breakfast before taking off to enjoy all the area has to offer. The decor of our room was comfortable and in-keeping with an historical setting. Our only disappointment was with the cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom. Because the room had no ventilation there was mold on the ceiling. A shower curtain placed over the window was stained and was difficult to keep from bumping into.
We understand that during high season it’s hard to do deep cleaning, but this dirt seemed to have been overlooked repeatedly. We intend to return to the area in the spring with friends and have hoped to bring them to a place like Echo Mtn. We may need to reconsider.

The core building dates from 1896, has character and is beautifully decorated. There are lovely common sitting areas with extensive windows overlooking nearby hills and mountains. The property has privacy and feels secluded. Planted gardens and lawns invite strolling. The complimentary buffet breakfast is delicious and the eating room has a gorgeous view. Owners Travis and Becky were pleasant, informative, and conversational. Employees were pleasant and courteous. We loved our 5 night stay and visit to the Hendersonville area.

From the time we arrived and until we we departed, everything about this place made you feel welcome and you were part of the family. Lots of things to do and explore around the area. It was a great trip and we are already planning a December trip for all of the Christmas decorations at the inn and the Biltmore. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for an awesome weekend.

We had a "fantastic" relaxing couple of days. It was so peaceful and quiet. We totally enjoyed meeting and talking with their Godly Ambassador, Marcie. She is the grandmother who lives there.
The service was "great". We enjoyed a short tour by Crystal when we got there, and a longer one later, so we could see the other rooms to decide which one we wanted to stay in on our next trip.
This is now one of our "favorite" B&B's and we can hardly wait to come back in the summer.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE, AN OLD PROPERTY, PICTURES ONLINE MISREPRESENTED THE ROOM, VERY OLD, POOR HEATING, INSECTS, NO STAFF TO CONTACT ONCE WE ARRIVED.
THIS WAS SO BAD THAT WE DID NOT STAY, PICKED UP OUR LUGGAGE AND WENT OUT LOOKING FOR A HOTEL.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a map of the the surroundings. The Inn is in a beautiful setting and makes one feel right at home. Nice continental breakfast too!!
