This place was amazing! I’m usually an ocean front girl but this definitely changed my mind with a room literally on the bay and on the ground floor. I would definitely go back. And the ladies in the office were so nice. Hidden gem for sure.

We have been coming here for 30 years. It was unfortunate that the last few years, staffing was something to be desired, if you know what I mean. However, they have done an excellent job of getting rid of the riff-raff employees and hiring a new and smiling staff! Everyone was so great on our last trip there. We'll be back.
Our room on the first floor, bay side, was updated with paint, carpet and pictures. But they do need to address the fridge area, screens on the patio door and those rickety-rackety a/c which have been there as long as we have been coming. When checking out, one guest said it sounded like a garbage disposal. I would have to agree. Very loud!

All great except that the dog fee was $165 if you stay for 1 night or for a week. We didnt expect that at all

This was a great last min spot to stay. It was walkable to everywhere. Parking was great. Both bay and ocean access. Close to bars and good restaurants. Staff were so helpful and insightful. Room was nice and clean. Kitchenette was clean and good to use.

The balcony door lock was broken. The air conditioner was very loud. I did not receive the room that I reserved. Website photos were deceptive.

Do NOT stay here...They say they are a "dog friendly" establishment..... yet they complained the whole time I was there and fined me.....or TOOK money off my banking card of 162 dollars.....on top of a pet fee I already paid when I checked in.

Great location, the first room we stayed the bathroom was not very clean, they moved us bc we wanted a bay view room. We noticed the carpet was wet near the air conditioner, we thought maybe it was just carpet cleaner, but it never went away, we left the balcony door open, in hopes that the sun would dry it up. That didn’t work, thinking it could’ve been the air conditioner. The staff was extremely friendly, and the views were amazing.

The hotel is old. No elevator. We were sold a pool view room with balcony. We did not have a pool view on the corner. We viewed other rooms. The bay view is much smaller than the pics. Rooms are expensive and old. Nice to be 2 blocks from the beach.

Great stay..the view of bay was so beautiful. Definitely book bay side view also recommend second floor very private. No one walking past your room . Great little gem. Only downside very heavy traffic. Avoid weekends

Nice to wake up to the bay view and pool everyday. Not many other locations in Dewey have a pool to enjoy. Would definitely go back

Stayed in a first floor overlooking the bay. Room was clean and in pretty good shape. You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Everything in Dewey is pretty much walking distance. I would stay here again.

Checked in, found room to have wet carpet, due to ac drain clogged. Maintenance came and spoke to manager, able to move 2 rooms down. Very hospitable. Great location. Could use some upgrades. We will be back.

A great place to stay with two small dogs.

30 minutes prior to our arrival we were told our reservation made four months prior would not be available.A fifty dollar credit was issued. We were placed in a room with two double beds, not a king as reserved. Pot smoking in the room adjacent,not a pleasant stay!

Check- in was fast, friendly and welcoming! The young lady checking me in was fabulous! This is our second time staying here with equally excellent experiences! The resort is convenient to all Dewey local spots. It is clean, with a pool and right on the bayside. Very quiet at nights and comfortable rooms. We are happy to recommend this business and will stay here in the future.

The room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom, soiled carpet, broken and moldy ceiling tiles. Horrible experience and $450 a night. Crazy. Thankful it was only one night.

Always love going to Dewey for summers, the view of the fireworks was worth booking the room on its own not to mention all the restaurants and shops near by

Clean rooms, short walk to a great, not crowded beach. Renting kayaks at the property was a plus!
