Clean hotel that is close to train station. The receptionist was exceptionally good and helpful. I would recommend this residence hotel to friends.

I cannot understand all those "great" comments praising this faccility, which are reeally miss-leading the poor guys who will take them into consideration before booking. I was fooled by such rediculous comments and found out that things are completely different : 1. Since we have arrived to this Louise facility after 8:00 PM, when their front desk will be closed. So, prior to that, we sent then an E-Mail and they 've got that they will keep our room key at a safety box inisde the hotel and informed us with the pin number. That pin number was wrong and we could not open the safe. Luckily there was one staff there and she opened to us the safe, using a different pin number. Thanks to her, otherwise, we would have slept on the street 2. They gave us a room , same as a grenier. If you will not be careful while raising up from the bed, you will hit your head on the roof, which is too low. The bed carcking, and completely unfit for use. Even when they change the room, it was the same problem 3. All equipemnt are too old and cannot be used properly. Rooms are smelly and they do not even clean properly, since they would ask you to do so ????? We found the rubbish of the earlier client once we checked-in 4. It is not secure at all, and most of the time nobody is there to attend you, instead they are keeping a tel number on the front desk to call. What would happen for a foreigner who does not have French local mobile , which is the case of most of overseas clients .

We arrived early in Strasbourg and had arranged a pick up for the access to the parking. This was very helpful. The location is great, only a few minutes walk into the city. The kitchenette was great, perfect for our needs. The bed was so comfortable that was are investing in a new mattress when we get home.

Overall a good choise for Straßburg with one big (for me) minus point - the bed. We received a double bed and the mattress is very uncomfortable: if your partner turns, it feels like an earthquake, cause the mattress is too soft and isn't fixed properly in the bedframe. Anyway, I wasn't able to sleep. So I would recommend to ask for two separate beds or to take a very quite partner with you :) Appart from that, there were a lot of dust in the room, everything was covered in it. Plus points: a good location - only 10 min. by foot to the city center. A very helpful and kind reception staff, who waited for us for our late check-in and answered all our questions :) Thanks a lot!

This was our second stay -- clean, comfortable, convenient. Easy walk to downtown tourist sights and train station. Kitchenette facilities good for quick meals and snacks. Laundry room (free washers and dryers) was a plus on a longer trip. Staff was efficient and helpful, accommodating our request for early check-in.

The hotel was great, close to the station, easy to find and spotlessly clean. We loved it.

Though a little removed from the main attractions of Avignon, Residence Hoteliere Louise provides great comfort and service to make up for the stay. It should be a hotel for strong consideration for many who are planning to visit Avignon.

I am happy with this hotel overall. The room is clean & comfort. Good & quiet location. The only downside that the room has a bad smell.

Comfortable but basic. Very clean and nice staff. Reception only open for a limited number of hours during the day.

Not in a very tourist part of town but, perfect for short stays etc. Great size room and balcony in quiet area.

The Hotel was great, clean room with fridge, microwave, TV. 5 minutes to the mall, 7 min to downtown, with underground parking place for 5 euro per 24h. Highly recommend!! Other Hotels had park places for 11-15 euro per day. In 15 minutes (all are walk distances) you are in the wine cellar from the old Hospital.
