I was told there would be an incidental $50 fee charged and refunded on my card. I had already paid for the room. She instead charged the entire room charge on my card. Now I get to dispute the charge. I’ve had too many issues like this with hotels.com

Our room needed cleaning. The couch had something spilled on it and the floors were not clean.

The bathroom and entry floor was filthy and sticky. I dripped water on the bathroom floor when we first got there, and wiped it with a towel and it was dirty and black! Other than that it was a comfortable stay with a very delicious breakfast!

Very nice and clean. Had an issue with a chair in the room. It was taken care of after I insisted. The kady on the front desk was reluctant. The kitchen staff by far was the most friendliest. Overall 4 stars. Always room for improvement.

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our west coast tour. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in the whole trip. Beds we comfortable, the rooms were clean. The breakfast area was filled with too many good things. We waddled back to our room.

Decent hotel. Floors were dirty in our room. The biggest issue was our AC wasn’t working well and the temps didn’t drop below 74 in our room.

Holiday inn express is our go to hotel when we visit family in Boise. We’ve tried a couple other hotels in the area but they don’t compare to this hotel. We visit Boise at least 4 times a year and always enjoy our stay. The staff are always very friendly, beds are super comfy and we love the free breakfast.

Pool was closed. Hair in the shower in our room. Dirt in the corners of the room. Somthing was spilled on elevator floor and never cleaned. Food ran out during breakfast. Maid walked into our room to clean at 920 in the morning and we had not checked out.

I think the breakfast left something to be desired, though it was sufficient nourishment, i did not particularly enjoy it. The morning we were there, there was sausage gravy and egg white omelets without biscuits. It didn't seem to go together well.

I love this hotel because it's newer and has a more modern decor and aesthetic. It's the basics but tasteful and always clean. The reception area is open and bright. Nothing feels dingey about this Holiday Inn Express.

Horrible customer service! Pool was closed. TV didn’t work in the room. AC didn’t work. It was 75 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Absolutely NO help from the front desk. Ended up leaving without a refund of course. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express and it’s the only hotel I normally stay at.
