this property was quintessential Antigua. Wonderful colonial architecture. Our room was large and spacious. My only complaint… and this seems to be a problem with most Guatemala hotel rooms… the beds and pillows were extremely hard.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms. Only complaint is heat in rooms, windows provide slight breeze and you sacrifice privacy. Light outside in courtyard shines directly into room. Easy check in, let us check in early as well.

Not impressed. I booked a 3 queen bed room for my now husband and his groomsmen to get ready in the morning of our wedding. I made it clear upon booking the intention of having the space and the morning of our wedding the staff notified him that the hotel was too busy for a late checkout. He had to scramble to find another place for him and his crew to get ready in which also mean notifying our photographers, and wedding planner of the change in events. Poor communication and customer service.

Great hotel in a great location. Easy parking and very good staff. I took a star off because the noise from other rooms really travels which made it hard for us to sleep. Nice garden and good included breakfast. Nice volcano view from the roof on a clear day.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Hotel is located away from the busy heavy foot traffic areas, but still close enough that I was able to walk to wherever I needed go. The property itself is beautiful, view of the volcanoes from the rooftop terrace was a delight. Large room and bathroom, both well lit. Would definitely stay again if I return to Antigua.

This is an amazing place in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere. They will assist with transportation anywhere else you need to go. Breakfast was great and all staff friendly. Very clean. We will be back

I love the area very close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful ambience very peaceful quiet. There’s no AC but they will provide a fan, they also don’t provide service at night if you need any amenities.

This was such a nice cute hotel to stay at. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is that the walls are really thin and if you can really hear a lot of sounds, even people speaking at a normal volume. But honestly, it's not a huge problem because if you're staying in the room for that long, you're missing out on Antigua! :) I would definitely be back.

Lovely, historic place. Great location. Awesome, family friendly patio, and has safe parking in another location. Lighting is not the best, but overall a great short stay with family.

The room was beautiful, and the garden was even more beautiful. But the lighting in the room was unbearably dim. I could not see inside the closet or in the drawers, I had to bring the lamp into the bathroom, to do make up. Also, there was no sound barrier between the rooms and the bathroom window which opened onto the corridor, did not close all the way. It is a shame because we really liked the hotel and the ambience but we weren’t comfortable in the room.

The place is very nice and very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and well-kept.
Bad Things: The breakfast included in the expedia profile does not mention that it is "continental breakfast" which does not meet expectations, I had to buy additional breakfast.
The noise from the other rooms bothers at night, it does not have adequate noise isolation in the rooms

El hotel es tal como las fotos. Los jardines son hermsos los cuartos muy aplios y comodos. Agua caliente todo el tiempo es un plus y el desayuno continental incluido muy rico.. Guillermo y Melvin al igual que el resto del staff fueron muy serviciales en todo momento.
