Very clean and well maintained residence. Friendly and welcoming staff. Having a dog, we asked to be changed from ground floor to balcony for safety and our request was accommodated despite a very short notice reservation. The bedding is very comfortable and the flats are very well maintained and practical. It is well located and the parking facilities are excellent. We will definitely return. Highly recommended. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay here in one of the Dives View apartments, very spacious and really useful as had our dog in holiday with us. Easy to book. Free and spacious parking. Good breakfast was well worth paying for. Would recommend

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was good standard and clean. Only disappointment was no towel changes during 4day stay.

Everything was good, the location, size of the rooms, comfortable beds and it was well cleaned. However there was an extra fee for using the kitchen in the rooms and also for entering the pool and fitness area which, according to the booking information was free. The fitness area has very little equipment and one of the cardio machines wasn’t even working. Otherwise everything were great!

This clean, spacious hotel was nicely situated alongside the estuary and had a large clean room. The breakfast buffet was lovely and staff all very helpful and friendly. We were just sad that we hadn’t read all the small print and noticed that the pool and kitchenette both incurred additional charges (€10 per adult to swim & €10 to unlock the kitchenette which had cups, plates, cutlery and a hob).

Very clean hotel. Great location to beaches and general Normandy area. Breakfast is very good. Surprised to get charged for kitchen and pool usage. We did not use the pool for this reason. I have stayed at MANY hotels and never charged for pool Very strange!

Nice, clean hotel in a decent location to explore Normandy area. A few tiles missing in shower room but everything else perfect.

Nice facility, close to Cabourg, Great breakfast and service

Stayed with children as a way of boarding an early ferry from Caen. It is about 30 minutes from the port so an easy trip in the morning. The room was larger than expected with a good sized lounge area and a nice big bathroom. It was modern and clean. TVs in lounge and bedroom showing french programming. The kitchenette was clean and adequately supplied with everything you need. You do have to pay a charge at the hotel to use the hob and plates etc but you can access the fridge and microwave without unlocking that unit. The swimming pool looked amazing but we forgot our kit. It is also charged in addition to the room but seemed worthwhile. It is not clear on booking sites that additional charges are payable though. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t explore locally or stay long enough for breakfast, but the latter smelt really good.

We have stayed at the Kyriad Prestige twice this year on our return journey from the Loire to the ferry port At Ouistreham. Clean and spacious apartment with secure parking. For an additional €10 you can have the use of a well equipped kitchenette. If you don’t choose this option there is still a fridge and microwave. The only negative for us is that reception is not open late enough for the passengers arriving on a late night ferry which means we have to stay elsewhere on our arrival in France. Cabourg and Dives-sur-Mer are beautiful seaside resorts with many good restaurants.

This new hotel is in great condition and with balconies (in most if not all rooms). The location is right on the bike/walk trail and an easy walk to the beach. The town strolls are a bit far, but we had bikes and a car. So, overall happy with the location.Breakfast was over priced and we were glad to skip it. The WIFI was not working on our floor and the desk was both unconcerned and, well they just made up silly excuses. It must be your devices the hotel is full and cannot handle all the connections We had to contact the parent company who called on our behalf. Good for them. Lo and behold the problem was fixed that day. Still, downloads were very spotty and live video was not supported. The real disappointment was the service. The manager, who spoke perfect English, never checked on our stay and pretty much gave us the cold stare for the rest of the stay. Who needs that???

This hotel had only been open for 2 months when we arrived so everything was very new. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool wasn't open as they hadn't received their licence from the local council. However it looked as if it will be lovely when open! We booked a 2 single bed studio and when checking in we were asked if we wanted the 'kitchen' for a total of 8 euros for our stay! There was already a fridge in the room but the 'kitchen' could be unlocked and consisted of a cupboard with utensil, crockery, cutlery etc plus a sink, 2 ring induction hob and a microwave! Excellent value and very useful! The hotel is in a very convenient position within 5 minutes walking distance of Cabourg and with a supermarket almost outside the gate! We had a room at the back which looked out onto Dives/Cabourg railway station! A single track railway which ran between Dives and Trouville at irregular times of the day. We used this to take a trip to Trouville and it ran more or less along the coast stopping at several seaside resorts along the way. Took about 30 minutes! I did ask if there was a laundry room but was told it wasn't finished yet, however I was able to borrow an iron and board from reception! All rooms looked as if they had a balcony! We were asked if we wanted breakfast for 12 euros per person per day but we decided to self cater! However the continental breakfast looked very good! I would definitely stay here again!
