The rooms need a good upgrade and clean. Bathroom had some water damage even on the wooden door and frame. Aside from that, excellent location and staff was friendly. Breakfast was pleasant as well.

Had a very enjoyable stay, food was excellent, staff helpful, restaurant staff exceptional. Only drawback being parking no provision for disabled drivers unable to book underground parking which was only available on the day if space available.

It is advertised as 5 start on many booking websites but it is more a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is definitely between 3 and 4 star quality. Customer service is not good. Not welcoming, friendly neither in reception nor in the spa reception. Sauna and pool are rather dated a little bit.

This is a really good hotel - close enough to the centre of Varna to walk to. The vast majority of the staff are professional - helpful and welcoming. We only came across one rude abrupt colleague - on the desk of the spa - who needs additional training in providing excellent customer service. The room with a sea view was well kept and comfortable.

We are returning guests to this lovely hotel! Every time we enjoy it more! This time we received excellent treatment and a warm welcome from the amazing Ekaterina. Ma always took care of our well-being and that we were happy. Once you get adequate service with a smile always, you don't need more than that! We will come again and recommend to everyone!!! It was a pleasant stay, nice sea view and spacious.

The hotel itself and the room were great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the lady at the swimming pool and Jim, who were not polite at all. On the other hand, the restaurant staff, outside of breakfast hours, were very polite and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was good but could be improved by offering more choices. Additionally, the orange and apple juices were not freshly squeezed and were served very warm, which was disappointing. Overall, Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel offers a solid experience, but with some improvements in staff friendliness and breakfast options, it could be even better.

Rooms are large, beds are not very comfortable, but not bad either.

Super hotel with high standards, beautifully prepared and decorated rooms. The sea view is superb, beds are comfortable, and amenities are excellent. The bathroom is clean and functional. We stayed with two children and loved our stay. Breakfast is varied, we recommend it. The restaurant was under renovation, so we couldn't try it—maybe next time.

Found the staff to be very helpful, knowing buses to take to local sites, also packing us a breakfast on the final day when we had to leave very early to make our flight. Much appreciated! Great staff!

A lovely hotel in an excellent location . The views across the sea garden of the sea were amazing. The room was so huge and well appointed. Maybe there could be more hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, dressing gowns and swimming costumes. The shower cubicle has a bit of a design fault so the bathroom floor gets very wet. The pool and steam room were great. Breakfast was nice but I had to return my decaf coffee with soya milk because it had curdled in the jug and never got a replacement. Decaf coffee and soya milk were not available at the buffet and needed to be requested. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.

We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom suite on a high floor with two bathrooms. Beautiful and clean, great bellhop service and had a welcome bottle of red Bulgarian wine that we really enjoyed. Very central and walkable near beach. Great stay.

In general the hotel was good, but half way through my stay something happened that made me uncomfortable. I went down to breakfast and when I returned I found a contractor and cleaning lady in my bathroom (I think putting tape on the shower). I wasn’t expecting this so would have preferred warning that there would be a contractor. When they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed lots of drops of blood on the floor. I phoned down to reception to ask for someone to clean it, and when the cleaning lady and the contractor came back, they proceeded to have a heated argument in front of me. I don’t speak Bulgarian so don’t know what was said. Then when they both left, I went into the bathroom but there was still drops of blood on the floor so I had to call the cleaning lady back. Finally, when it was mostly clean, she left again. I wasn’t brave enough to call her back again to fully clean it so just made sure I didn’t step on that part of the floor. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and I didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel, except from a brief “sorry for the inconvenience” when I rang reception initially. Shame it ruined an otherwise nice hotel experience.

Had a really good room with balcony. Quiet and spacious. Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to. Good pool and spa included for guests. Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking.

The rooms were very spacious, brand new, and even though they were facing to the main street there was no sound coming from outside. We had a long drive from Brasov, Romania and needed the rest after such a long trip and I should say that we all slept like a baby. Our check in was fast, smooth and there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us in our room. As a great fan of Bulgarian wines, I really liked the present. Besides, we had a nice breakfast with different types of egg, selections of Bulgarian cheese, cold cuts, and freshly baked pastries. Next time I go back to Varna, the first hotel I will check will be Rosslyn Dimyat for sure.

Large room, great view, very convenient to beach, wonderful breakfast, helped getting car into car parking which is challenging, nice bar. Just wish front desk staff had been friendlier.

Fantastic hotel, Great location, Wonderful staff and very friendly love this hotel we have stayed here three times now as we travel to Varna every year. Spa is great too. Only problem is the parking so busy and congested outside the hotel and no where to park !! Also did not get the VIP access bottle of wine or the VIP Expedia offer from the hotel

A lovely hotel just across the walking tunnel to the Sea Garden. The breakfast was quite nice.

The good: staff was friendly and helpful, good location, near city centre, the sea park is at the hotel’s doorstep. The views from the higher floor sea rooms are amazing, room was spacious. Nice spa. Good breakfast. The bad: no english tv channels apart from one obscure news channel ( but many in russian, few italian and german). the TV was not smart, unable to use netflix. The welcome wine bottle was delivered opened, which is unhygenic and a waste in case you dont want to drink it at that moment. The front desk manager added insult by hinting that the reason they dont deliver the bottle with bottle opener is so customers dont steal it. Gym opens late, for early starters 10am is not good.

Hotel is located in a great position directly opposite the Sea Garden. The hotel's facilities are excellent with a wonderful pool and spa area. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay at the hotel. Rooms are big, aircon is working and quiet. Also a good sauna. Like to stay again.

I stayed in room number 802, it is a room in which it would be nice to have a refurbishment. The general cleanliness was not bad, but during the night there were bedbugs in my bed that bit me all over my body and very hard. Due to the fact that my flight left very early in the morning, I didn't have time to comment it at the reception, but I want to share it here so that it can be checked and it doesn't happen again to anyone.
