Very pleasant stay overall for a quick trip. I like the amenities the hotel had in particularly the included breakfast, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ lotion in the room making easier and convenient. Can walk anywhere within 20 minutes with shops close by or take public transport. Only down side while jsut only very minor and small things were: was not being about to check in earlier or out a early check in request and pay a fee to have that option, the construction across road, the little bin in room was not emptier from the previous guest staying, the fridge making a sound sporadicly and hair dryer button broken. Aside from that overall very good place to stay and the highlight were the front desk team I interacted with as we’re very friendly during my stay.

Nice place to stay for the orice and convenient location

House keeping needs to be considerably improved! When we complained, the GM stepped in (who was great to deal with) and our room then got some extra attention from the house keeping department! House keeping staff should pay attention to longer staying clients. Location is great. The hotel is located about 400m from the Central train station and is walking distance to the Queen Street Mall and other shopping centres. Conveniently located near Bus and Ferry Stations as well. There’s some construction going on across the road but we didn’t find it intrusive. We noticed it only when we went out of the hotel.

Not impressed with the receptionist when we arrived had an attitude on her. Fridge not switched on when we arrived had to tell them to change the milk as it would hsve gone off. 1st day no flannels and beds not made 2nd day no bath mat but got flannels. Had toasted sandwich in restaurant very measly and expensive.

Clean and affordable. The service and food was amazing

I’m so happy I found this property as it will be my go to place for quick Brissy trips, the price to stay here is fair and included a great buffet hot breakfast. Parking is extra but also affordable with the price of the hotel as everywhere is walking distance. 10mins to queen street mall and places to eat. I did get a craving for some chocolate after dinner so up to my room asked to a pack of choc honeycomb they said they can just put on my room number I said sure. However soon realised the small pack was $18 I returned unopened the next day as I’m not that much on a honeycomb fan just wanted a sweet treat. The treats in the hotel are very expensive. $5 for a Kit Kat so besides not getting my chocolate fix I was very happy with my stay everything was clean and comfortable.

From the moment I entered the reception foyer the staff were fantastic and the room and breakfast was fantastic. I am recommending you to all my friends and family AAA rating from me.

Staff were AWFUL. So rude when we arrived. I have no idea why. Totally ruined it for us from the start of getting there.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall is the hill to get to it!

Convenient easy access to the train station and city centre

No toilet paper at all. Plus the iron board was too small.

Great property. Everything you need for a simple stay. Rooms are not big, but suited our needs. Staff friendly. Great spot. We’ll be back.

Close to my Brisbane office (walking distance) and really convenient

Was a great find for our visit to Brisbane, the rooms were clean and new, breakfast was great and parking while an extra was convenient. Beds were comfortable and we had an adjoining room for our group so that worked out well. Water pressure was good, as other properties in the area we have stayed at have had issues.

Staff uninterested in helping with luggage. No option for a late check out.

Overall it was good with free breakfast and parking. Unfortunately I was given room 107, this room was noisy. The night staff going outside all hours of the night to smoke, talk and laugh. This is directly below room 107, so you can hear everything. Apart from that it was good. I will ask for a room on the other side of the building next time.

I had a nice time during my stay in the hotel.

Had a nice breakfast. And a bar area. No evening meal offered. It was either a long walk up hill or down hill for any other places to eat. Not good for a person with mobilitu issues.

Walkable to the site I wanted to visit. There's plenty of options for dining and attractions to visit. A really nice location.

Very clean rooms, good bed, shower etc. On the edge of the CBD which meant a 12-15 minute walk to the building I was visiting.

10 mins walk to Riverside ferry terminal for CityHopper Ferry. 12 mins walk to Brisbane Arcade. Car parking is not a problem. Hotel front have drop off point for you to stop by to check in and register for the car park lot. Free breakfast is nice.

Well conceived business hotel, friendly staff (though front desk was easily understaffed causing cueues). Gym is a little small barely enough for 2 people to workout in the space available besides the treadmills
