I had a very pleasant stay at Fairhotel; the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is new and in great condition. Trams are a short walk away so no worries getting to and from the city. I have difficult dietary requirements but the staff were very accommodating and I always had a great breakfast.

Clean hotel, with great staff and a delicious breakfast. The only negative is that it’s a bit further from the center but otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

Modern, clean, and well-run hotel. Walking in, my first thought was that it was the nicest room that I had stayed in within Europe (outside of a resort). The staff was exceptionally friendly. It helped that they spoke English, because my Czech was rudimentary. I didnt realize that I had to book a parking spot ahead of time, but the woman at the desk offered to walk outside to save a spot on the street until I could move my car. The neighborhood is not beautiful, nor was the hotel easy to find. However, it was a short walk to the more majestic parts of the town center. Very good experience.

Hotel was very nice. The whole staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was excellent. Area is not right down town but close. Lot of construction in the area. Transportation is about 2 - 3 blocks away.

Hotel is adjacent to the conference center and a small 10 minute walk to the town center. Very pleasant staff and a rooftop patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Good food and fine wines

I chose this hotel as the Courtyard was fully booked. I am confident that I will never bother with going to the courtyard as this hotel is better in almost every way.

Every bit as good as the review ratings suggests. 5 stars in every department from Check in to Check out. Simply wonderful service (with plenty of smiles), breakfast, comfort and amenities. Great value and no hesitation in returning in the future. Budding hoteliers can learn a thing or two from this well-run establishment!

Everything is like the description, Breakfast and Dinner were very fine, Rooms are very new, everything wonderful. Only on thing was disturbing- from our window you hear the rumors on the big street or in the neighbourhood, there is built a new hotel...

If youre coming from the US and are used to Marriott and higher standards, you wont be disappointed. The staff all speak English, the restaurant has amazing food, rooms are spacious, clean, and the pillows are wonderful. If youre visiting the Czech Republic and staying at different hotels youll appreciate this even more.

Very nice room and excellent restaurant. The only question mark was paying for parking at Hotel Grounds.
