Front desk was excellent. I would like to acknowledge 2 people Ali and Olwenn who were very friendly, helpful and their knowledge of English language was very good. The hotel was clean and easy accessible near main shops and boutiques. Across the street little convenience store was very handy. Restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive with very poor selection of food and value. The buffet breakfast has poor choice of food. Service in the restaurant wasn’t the best. Best to dine around the corner to avoid this restaurant. Overall good hotel for the money you pay.

My stay was quite good overall. However, the location was very difficult to find and the taxi drivers did not know how to find it either.

This is my third stay in this hotel. I love everything about it.

Good position in city. Poor and unreliable internet access. Adequate facilities in rooms. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast only adequate.

The hotel is a bit hidden but has good standard and nice breakfast. The concierge service could step up a little bit but over all I had a good stay and the location is good.

The hotel was nice. Comfortable bed but very little closet and no drawer space. Restaurant staff were the highlight. Late night/early morning staff: don’t bother with a wake up call, not happening. Also have your copy of receipts for prepaid clients, might have issues with the same early morning staff trying to double charge. Day time staff speak English.

Arrived late in the day...still daylight outside. We had 4 heavy bags that were brought to our room. We wanted to take a little walk in the neighborhood before dinner and the staff were very helpful in guiding us. They made dinner arrangements as well as a taxi to take us there, all with cheerful and friendly attitude.We needed to leave at 7 in the morning to catch our plane and a van was there on time. We had a delicious breakfast beforehand. Our room was small but the beds were comfortable. We were able to open the windows to get fresh air, which was nice for sleeping. The bathroom was small with very little counter space. We ended up putting our nessesties in the sink, which was fine with us. The shower was heavenly. I highly recommend a visit to this hotel and we will certainly return.

Nice boutique hotel with above average standard. Only flaw was a weak internet connection in our room.

Worst of all, the hotel had a live band performing in the courtyard until 3 a.m. -- the windows were thin and the music was loud making it impossible to get any sleep.

Our room was comfortable except for the carpet which was worn out and the room had a stale smell. We opened the windows and aired it for awhile and it was fine. Breakfast was good, freshly bake baguettes, fresh fruits, variety of cheese and pastries. The hotel is about 30 minutes away by Grand Taxi to the airport and 10 minutes from the Train Station Casa Voyaguer and 10 minutes walk to the Twin Tower.

Hotel condition is very good. Clean and up to date furniture and fittings. The staff are friendly and good service. The hotel is a little small as are the room sizes. However its a good location in the city with lots of restaurants in the area.
