poor service no drinking water

It’s cozy and comfortable. This Inn meets with what I need. I’ll love to revisit it if I’m traveling there again!

It was fine for a trip to Bryce Canyon Park. It did not have much around it but it was fine.

Hotel is good, clean bedroom, comfortable bed, noisy AC but cools enough. Fridge and microwave. Safe location. Employee at the check in counter threw my credit card at me over the counter, that is really disrespectful, also he was sick, sneezing and touching all his face with his hands and then handling my ID, credit card, and room key, without cleaning his hands, that's exactly how infections spread and get everyone else sick.

Right on the way to Bryce. Easy to check-in late and friendly front desk. The room was neat. Toilet had a ring that needed to be scrubbed and the tub drained slowly, so water backed up while showering. Beds were comfortable. Good temperature control. Quiet. Good coffee in the morning in the lobby.

For the price and what I needed, the hotel was fine.

It was close to Bryce Canyon and a reasonable rate.

This is NOT a fancy hotel, but it is super cost effective. It is a ways from most of the places to eat, but the drive to get to any number of the restaurants is beautiful. We found it fine for what we we wanted out of our time in that area.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, it’s always clean and a great price.

Hotel was basic but for the price it has what you need. It was clean and rooms were fairly big. Call ahead if you plan on being late, there is not a front desk worker 24/7 like listed on details.

Small but clean

Ended up not staying even though we’d paid as it wasn’t in Bryce Canyon or Panguitch as advertised. It was a long way out from anywhere.

Great value hotel near Bryce Canyon

We were there 2 days. 2nd floor have to use stairs. 2nd day, after walking up stairs to room, discovered our key was turned off. Quickly resolved, but inconvenient after a long day. AC noisy. Rooms were clean.

The management of the property tries there best to keep the facility in good and neat condition!! The inn is really outdated but the room is clean, the bed is camfortable, the sheets are clean, you can find everything you need in the room. They do not have breakfast, unfortunatelly, but morning coffee in the looby was a great option! So, place is really good for tourists coming to see these wonderful places but do not want to pay much or didn't make reservations early! Guys, thank you!

Older building. The room had newer floors and paint, which was a plus.

The address was for Panguitch but was 7 miles out of the town. The person on reception was surly, and the room was clean but 70’s decor. No breakfast served and no dining facilities nearby. The reading lights over the bed were too low and I banged my head on one a few times. Not good value for the cost.

This is a run down motel in desperate need of renovations. It was clean though & the staff were nice.

Even though this is in a very rural setting, the room was very clean and very home atmosphere. If in that area again, i would stay here.

It’s an old place, showing a lot of wear. But it’s fine for the cost.

This is a convenient and comfortable location if you are visiting Bryce Canyon.

Close to Bryce Canyon and restaurants in Panguitch.

The staff was very helpful friendly. This was the bast place to stay in the area by far.

Good stay

Front desk worker was unfriendly and rude. Everything else about the stay was fine.

You get what you pay. Its an okay stay if you are within budget like us.

It was a short stay for as we headed out to the canyon and long day of driving Not much amenities around the hotel and no breakfast offered. No elevator so be prepared to haul your stuff up if you are on the second floor. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable!

Clean and well run basic accomodations.

It was good stay.

A simple but comfortable room for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Staff in reception were abrupt and not very welcoming but still privided the extra towels needed when asked. Coffee maker useful for making tea and coffee, microwave and fridge useful. No view but convenient location on main road.
