It was a quick trip but the hotel was great. Very clean, spacious and easy to find.

We travel to Lubbock on a somewhat regular basis but somehow this is our first stay at this hotel. It turned out to be great and better than the nearby competitors. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. They don't offer a complimentary breakfast which may be important to some. We would recommend and plan to return.

Check in was a breeze and friendly, garden inn was tastefully decorated and also for Halloween! Every area was spotless including the bar and restaurant who was being a human so energizer and super friendly! Room was near as requested, quite and comfy bed and clean!

great stay. surprised employee was wearing a Baylor tee at check-in when we walked in. In Lubbock even though they stayed there & gave them a tee.
saw carpet stain in hallway, but it was great staying there.

I like the layout of this place. The staff is nice and the breakfast/bar area is neat! The location is off the beaten path but for access to things on the west side of town it’s perfect!

Great property and friendly helpful staff, and welcomed our pets as well - our family was very comfy here and we enjoyed our stay! We will be back next time we’re in Lubbock. Location was nothing to write home about but felt safe and was well maintained.

Very noticeable dirty ring around the tub as well as what looked to be some kind of brown in the tub. The bathroom had a very strong odor like a perm, it was nauseating it smelled like an old school hair salon, very strange. Under the bathroom sink there were stains on the tile and dust around the area that the tile meets the wall. I liked the hotel but will not stay there again because of the cleanliness in the bathroom and the strong chemical smell/perm smell.

We traveled with a small dog and stayed for one night. We could not have had a better experience! Clean property, easy check in, super nice staff, clean room, and dinning option so we did not have to get back out! The food was great and even had a small cafe for drinks and snacks!
