Simple but clean basic hotel. Staff spoke English well.

Hotel correct

Well, it's a budget hotel and that shows. I must admit that price was very much cheaper than anything other that was available - so you can't expect the same is with 2 times more expensive hotels. Anyhow, the place was quite used and my room had dirt here and there (for example used hair supplies in the shower), and the breakfast was almost non-existent but cost around 7,5€. The worst thing was still that when we asked about the parking from the guy in the reception he told the price and we said we take it. Then he told us where to put the car, but when we went to take the car there the doors wouldn't open. I needed to walk back to reception to ask what's wrong, and at this point the receptionist said we should pay it now... Well, that what we were doing but he didn't really gave the option earlier.. Had a feeling he didn't wanted to see us in the hotel... The staff in the breakfast on the other hand were excellent.

The Ibis budget is definitely a budget hotel! However it does what it says on the tin! It was perfectly acceptable without any of the frills one would get in a more up market hotel.

The hotel has a very confusing and small parking near the door and a very confusing car parking below the hotel. You need to press a doorbell to get access to the car park. We did and reception opened the car park door. After parking we wanted to go to reception with the lift. However, reception was unwilling to allow this, nor gave us any indication. We were just waiting for nothing. After a while one if us left the car park all the way the car came from and went through the front door. The receptionist did not even apologize but just stated that we could have parked at the front. He also was very rude. After that all was fine. When we did not have bedsheets for our sun, there was another receptionist who was very kind. All in all it was ok. Location is so so. There are no restaurants nearby and there is construction going on.

The room is okey size but during stayed in room, the heater wasnt working even is on.

Hotel was ideal for putting head down and nothing more. Typical ibis style with poor toilets and shower. However, the hotel was clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Basic. Polite staff. Apparently clean, poor lighting, no chair at desk, decent internet. One piece molded plastic bathroom with no toilet lid.

Good service. Very comfortable bed. Close to tourist attractions.
