The cleanliness in the room needs to be improved. I didn't like that they claim to have daily housekeeping but they only provide the amenities outside the room, unless you requested the room to be made up. The room was cleaned and sheets changed by the fourth day. The onsen is nice but there is no cold pool and is vey crowded with many people. Good that they have washing machines with dryers.

No USB plugs in the rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and easy access to the tram system if you wish to take it to the Peace Park. Walkable to the shops and restaurants of the more central (?) area of downtown. The size of the room, well, it’s Japan. Two of us with one rolling duffel bag each was pretty cramped, but we made it work. The hotel is clean! It was nice to be able to do laundry in their machines.

Been here often and it never fails. If there is something then it is that the room was very smelly for a non smoking room and the bathroom as well. Otherwise this hotel never fails me. Will definitely stay again.

I liked the fact that I was able to get some really good sleep while here. Plus the massage service here was top notch. Would visit again.

The second time I stay at this very same hotel, one several years ago and now. Location excellent next to the main railway station, walking distance to many of the city's sights. Condition immaculate, likewise any other APA hotels, plenty, and I mean it, plenty of free amenities. The staff super friendly, polite and well educated (that's hard to find the opposite in Japan anyway). Extremely helpful and so used to people arriving before check-in time that they have an excellent system to keep your luggage until you return and have a room, and impressively secure too. Nice comfy beds, generally larger than the Japanese standard for a double. But of course being Japan, size matters. Bedrooms are quite small, not to mention the bathroom. Nevertheless I've been to many APA in this trip and a previous one some years back, all are the same, and so are other hotel brands, so this is not a downside at all, it is the fact. And as an exception to any other APA hotels, the breakfast here was amazing. We did almost cry to see it after coming from other APA hotels where they serve only Japanese dishes not very pleasant for an occidental person. For sure will be my number one if I return to Hiroshima.

Very clean, all the amenities you expect from an APA hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. About 15 minutes walk from Hiroshima train station. Also only about 18-20 minutes to downtown shopping, or a five minute walk to buses. Great casual okonomiyaki restaurant on the ground floor and also a small Lawson's at the front door: so handy. The women's public baths were great with two outdoor options, but didn't have a cold water bath option that I could see. Washer/dryers worked well.

Close to the train and metro station. The staff is friendly. No free breakfast. Many convenience store around. I recommend this hotel.
