My wife and I stayed in the building two Which is about a block away. Didn’t know about the 28 steps we had to walk to our room each time. The room is self was nice. The bed was comfortable But if you enjoy sleeping at night, you’re out of luck. Your next-door to a loud bar till 130 in the morning and apparently the trash trucks come every day with street cleaning in the middle of the night.

Excellent location! Beautiful main hotel..we stayed in the motel part. Very large room with ocean view off the balcony.

All staff we encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful. It was so nice not to have to pack chairs and beach towels. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from and the warm cookies were a great bonus. We stayed at the avenue II and the room was clean and quiet, with a nice porch view of the Rehoboth Ave. We would love to stay here again.

Thanks to generous friends who surprised us with an impromptu Anniversary trip.... we greatly enjoyed our stay at The Avenue Inn and Spa. The 1950s music greets you as you pull into the parking lot and creates a fun, nostalgic shore atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully furnished with modern, elegant decor. They even have a signature air freshener that is so calming and relaxing.... the stress will roll off you the minute you arrive. I cannot say enough great things about the staff..... (GM Michael, Randi and everyone we met). They make this Inn phenomenal with their 5 star service and remind us why we should bid adieu to chain corporate hotels. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options (vegetarian/GF/etc). They also offer fun socials - wine/cheese and cookies and milk as a night cap. We loved the gym, roof top large chess/connect 4 games, salt water pool and hot tub. The Avenue in is in the heart of Rehoboth with convenient distance to all of the local shops, restaurant and beach. Yet, the access does not disturb the tranquility of your stay. The beds are luxurious and rooms are well appointed with a mini fridge, microwave and other furnishings. We are exited to find a lovely retreat from the busyness of life and cannot wait to travel back for another stay!!

The entire hotel was beautifully decorated. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast, wine and cheese hour and the "bon voyage" cookies and milk. We tried the hot tub and heated pool it was very nice, pool could use an upgrade. We were able to sleep peacefully on a soft bed and pillows it was very quiet at night. Thank you.

Awesome stay at the Avenue included Oysters at Fins for lunch, followed by massages at the spa and then an easy walk to Blue Moon for dinner, Really comfortable surroundings at the hotel including wine reception late afternoon for adults. Very accomodating, friendly and clean. Will absolutely be back! Easy access to everything plus parking on site

The little touches like the happy hour and milk and cookies really gave it that extra heart and soul. We had a great stay and will be back!

Great place. Stayed in avenue II. Rooms were great. Had same amenities as everyone else. Saved about $200

Loved the location of this hotel! Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. And the in house restaurant is very good!

The staff at the facility were very pleasant and helpful. The suite we stayed at is somewhat older but is pleasant and has plenty of room. The gym, indoor pool and outside seating areas were very nice. We enjoyed the additional items of beach chairs, towels, wine and cheese happy hour, breakfast and chocolate chip cookies. Also we enjoyed socialization around the evening fireplace.

BAIT & SWITCH, DON’T BOOK THE AVENUE INN & SPA HERE! After carefully researching hotels we choose The Avenue Inn & Spa for its great ratings and many amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived we discovered we were staying at another location owned by the Inn. We were put up in a motel overlooking a blacktop parking lot immediately adjacent a night club that blasted music until 2am! We paid for the price of The Avenue Inn & Spa but were forced into a low quality motel. We’re beyond disappointed. Don’t make the same mistake we did. If you want to stay at The Avenue Inn & Spa contact the property directly. However, after this trickery I will never consider this property again.

Nice location and cute hotel. Parking is not very comfortable. Breakfast is extremely limited, no protein options at all. Wine & cheese at 5 and cookies & milk at 8 are a nice touch. Beds are not comfortabl. AC is very loud and the area outside is loud all night. Overall not bad but not worth the $400 per night stay.

Because it was booked through a third party, the rooms offered or on the cheaper end (which I did no know). So you check in at the nice building and the walk to the one you are in. I was not happy with the room and I had to call front desk to get toilet paper. With that being said, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the hot tub.

This is a wonderful hotel, everyone is super nice and helpful

Hotel was very pretty and convenient to beach and boardwalk. The hotel provided towels, chairs and a ride up to the beach in a golf cart. The hotel staff was able to provide the paint color of the sun room which I loved

over all an enjoyable stay. no recycling, room was clean ,could use more towel hooks or shelves in bath area. coffee was great, comp cookies as well. shuttle to beach and back was great. breakfast was good. staff very friendly

We liked the wine and cheese and the milk and cookies. Parking was not available several of the nights because of cars that were parking in there without a parking sticker!! That was one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. The first step into the room we saw a Starbucks coffee cup on the sink counter with lip stick on it. Room appeared to be clean but it just made us wonder how focused the help is on cleaning. Overall it is a nice hotel but I think for the money spent and the issues we had its not worth the price!!!

Great spot to be close to beach and Boardwalk, plus many other restaurants and entertainment. The Hotel itself has great amenities with breakfast included, cookies in the evening, fire pit to enjoy drink around, and so much more. Very comfortable and right in the heart of everything. IF you want sleepy quiet location, this is not it. enjoy being in the middle of everything, then you will want to be in this place. Parking on site is huge in this area, because parking is so scarce.

Other than our air conditioning not working the hotel was lovely. Great breakfast, snacks and beach amenities. Parking is tight but the location is wonderful

Love this hotel and will continue to book in the future. The location is ideal and the facility is beautiful. This is a fun hotel with a lot of special touches (breakfast, cookies, wine & cheese hour, fire pit, shuttle, etc).

Beautiful property however the front desk wasn’t what I expected at a property of this caliber. Never informed us our room was ready until we repeatedly asked. Pool is nice but hot tub had no heating. Would stay there again because the room was beautiful but I wasn’t wowed by the overall experience.

It was close to the beach and was comfortable. The beach chairs and towel was a nice touch. The breakfast was significantly lacking compared to other hotels like the Bellmoor.

First time in Rehoboth Beach and the hotel was a perfect fit for our family. Rooms were decent size but really the closeness of the beach and boardwalk made everything right. Breakfast every morning was a good start, wine and cheese in evening, cookies and milk, how could this be any better?!? A great golf cart ride to beach each day, and many many dinner options every night in walking distance. Lively staff, always polite and helpful, pool and sun deck nice alternative. Thank for a lovely stay even though we had to leave a day early because of weather back home.
