Amazing facilities. Nice big rooms. Wide variety of food in the restaurants. Pleasant staff. No pork served which suits us.

Excellent Hotel! Would Recommend.

Bad: There was too many people at the hotel. The hotel had a 3000 people capacity and there was 2500 people when We where there. We had to wait in line in the heat, to get something to drink. They should Open some more bars. And at the all inclusive restaurant there was Also too many people, it felt like feeding time at the zoo. Sometimes there wasnt any available tables at the restaurant, so you had to wait for people to finish their food. Conclusion: We Will just get a smaller hotel next time. At the swimmingpools, you had to Wake up early to put your towel on a sunbed to get one, if you did not get up early then too bad you could not get a sunbed. Good: Nice and good cleaning at the hotel rooms, Sweet personal. The food was good, not the best but what do you expect when cooking for 2500 people. Nice party events at night/evening. Good coctails was served by bartenders. Very nice waterpibe at the hotel (costs money though). There was a Nice private Beach with food and drinks within the all inclusive (5 minutes Wall from the hotel). And food at the hotel all hours of the day.

Very nice hotel with a big pool and a lot of activities and beautiful shows every night. Rich buffets and a lot of fruits and desserts around the pool

Everything was amazing except room service. We stayed 5 nights and they never changed the bed sheets and one occation they did not bother to even vaccum the room or dust it off, I could see all the dust all over the floor. The other complaint I have is that their towels are discolored and you can see stains that can not be washed away they almost look like cleaning rugs.

Everything. Great food, a lot of pools, huge sea shore with lots of activities, amazing shows and great rooms.

We checked in for 3 days stay in tui magic life. Our room was a disabled room. We asked for a normal family room but this was not possible, we had to stay for one night in the room and the day after we had to inform again for a family room. This time it was possible to change the room but we had to wait one hour for help to change the room. By checking in they told us that we could make 2 times a reservation for an a la carte restaurant. But all the restaurants were full for the coming 3 days. The open buffet restaurant was very full and you have to stay in a row for your dinner. This hotel is too full and the service is very bad. This was one of the worst 5* hotels we ever have been!

The facilities and options for the kids are really great. The down side relates to the fact that the rooms and level of services pertaining more to adults (SPA, Restaurants, Bed quality, etc.) are relatively low. Still as a family oriented resort its really great. If you are looking for something with your spouse look elsewhere.

It was an amazing experience, the facilties are excellent, variaty of food, many activties and staff are friendly and proffessional.

Very good hotel but a littlle bit crowded as guests are concentrated in some areas.

The hotel is good in entertainment and food,but very bad wifi in the rooms which is something not going with 5 stars hotel, one of the elevators was out of service in two days,we stayed 6 nights and no one changes the bed linens!!

Nice place . A little outdated rooms. Didn’t like the air conditioning situation. It was fixed to 24 degrees which is very hot for us
