I was very happy with the accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I like the kitchen area! There were plenty of parking spaces close to the room. I did notice some cobwebs on the light fixtures and some hairs in the sink.

Our only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t get very much sleep.

We love the area, tons of hiking and outdoor adventure.The condo was perfect for our little getaway, comfy bed and kitchenette was well equipped. They let us check in early! I felt that the outdoor patio of the condo needed an update - maybe a little table and more comfy chairs.

This was an overnight stay in with the surprisingly nice town of Windham
The room was bright and roomy and well appointed but the queen size sofa bed needs a new mattress and the chair needs new springs or a brand new chair

The mattresses were the best I have ever slept on.
Room had a lot of space, nice sofa and spacious closet. Staff is 24 7 which is nice.
Wish there was a microwave in the room. There is a refrigerator and it is larger than the usual dorm size.
They need to have something in writing to say there is free coffee and tea in the lobby area for guests

We stayed in a condo on this property with two teenagers. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was ideal. It was quite comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

We were given a room above the front door. The front door slams everytime its opened. This door is open all night so everytime someone came in we were woken up. Its an easy fix. I complained but wasn't fixed. Also the 2nd night there was a family with kids who ran around the halls jumping from 6am. Also its advertised theres a restaurant but it doesnt say its closed.

It was an amazing stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable beds. Convenient with a good quality food market next door. Kids love the game room as an after ski activity.
Only wish the kitchen was equipped with dishwasher and stocked with cooking oil.

I recently had a meeting in Windham , and chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. After a 3 1/2 drive I come to find at the hotel it does not have a restaurant. Needless to say it was very disappointing since the website said they did. Therefore, after checking in i had to find somewhere else. Not what I had planned on at all.

The pool was clean and in a perfect location. The room was cozy however the mattress was not comfortable 😢

Overall, it is a nice and comfortable place with plently of parking and a nice warm pool. My only real complaint was that the carpets were dirty to the point where your feet were black when you walked on them barefoot.

Initially we were assigned a room on the third floor and there’s no elevator.We finally got a room on the first floor, but it didn’t have a king sized bed.

Anyone needing to use the sofa pullout bed should avoid this hotel. The room is too small, very cramped. The tv is also too small.

The rooms were dingy. They smelled bad. We cut our stay short. Jason at the front desk was fabulous but everything else in the hotel was horrible. Room smelled. Stains all over the place. I couldn’t fathom sleeping there ever again. Bed was horrible. Pillows smelled like the sweat of the previous person that stayed there. Never again.

Such a great value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised because the room we got was actually a lot nicer than the pictures shown online. Love the location - right next to Hickory Hill Market and just 5 minutes to Windham Mountain and restaurants in town. Another bonus - they have electric car chargers! We’d definitely stay here again!

The Bar, Restaurant on site is a bonus. The staff was great. Having a sitting area outside our 3rd floor room was unexpected and nice. Goes without saying that location is perfect.

We stayed in the "condo" rooms with the mini kitchen. The condo rooms are compact but had everything we needed. The property is very nice and has a convenient store next to it that has a lot of grocery strore items. We had a nice dinner at the restuarant. 5 minute walk to town for other restaurants.
