Priced right, convenient to our destination and a wonderfully equipped property! Parking was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was hearty and plentiful. The Arsenal Mall is across the street with a good selection of restaurants; also the Watertown Mall is adjacent. The suite is comfortable with all needed amenities. Wish I could have stayed longer! :-)

Lobby was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast and coffee staff were not very friendly. And we used pull out couch which had red blood looking stain, asked to change rooms and that mattress had gross brown stain. Also cost $30 to pakr overnight and not a garage. Overall disappointing.

This stay was under the duress of emergency family business that required our last minute travel from home in Europe to Boston. This property could not have done a better job of taking care of us. Our unit was fully functional, comfy and spotless and service at every turn was top notch. We ended up extending our stay from the initial 5 days to 9, and again, could not have been more comfortable in doing so. Thanks for making this tough trip easy. Kudos to the Marriott Brand!

Great spot for a family trip. Only 15 min away from Boston. Target and many restaurants across the street. Room size was adequate for a family trip with a 2 yo and her toys. Breakfast has good offering. Staff was cordial. Would definitely come back.

In the Watertown area which has a Target and a big outdoor mall of eateries- but be aware- it’s pricey. My only complaint is the stomping/running/ scraping chairs/ dropping things coming from people above us. Not sure if they had a pet? Or liked to do evening exercises but every night could sleep until past midnight. Overall great and breakfast every morning was one less worry!

Arsenal Yards across the street is great as is the Charles River nearby. A 10 minute drive to Cambridge and Harvard Square topped it off nicely. That and pool time w our 5 year old!

Stayed for five days, the pool was clean and a very nice amenity. The room was spacious and having a kitchenette was convenient. I would stay here again.

Front desk clerk named Roger was AMAZING!! Gave us so much info on places to go, tips to get there, and even coupons to go eat. So nice, and polite.

Great Hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice room. A little far from Boston.. needed to take an Uber about $20 in. No subway out to the area. But other than that no problem.

We were there for my wife's class at Harvard University. This hotel was very conveniently located to the University. We were very happy with the services and cleanliness of the hotel. The only issue was with the EV charger, there were only two chargers from a third party, and I couldn't make it work for my Tesla. The front desk had no idea, and the parking was too costly at the hotel $30 per night.

There is a bus stop close by, but make sure you have cahs or the bus card. They don't take anything else.

Overall, it was a fairly clean hotel and had everything they advertised having. The pool is very narrow—only about 11 feet wide, so if there are a few people in there, it feels very congested. The room was clean for the most part. Clearly not vacuumed wall to wall as we kept finding little trinkets/trash from previous visitors when we moved the curtains or slid the office chair around. The breakfast food was ok, but the breakfast staff were not the most pleasant people to interact with.

We spent two nights there and we enjoyed it. We liked the appartment themed hotel room which we felt refreshing and more convenient. It is also near a bus stop which goes to the subway red line.
