Unfortunately the airco wasn't working. The hotel was not able to fix it. So unfortunately a terrible night of sleep.

The staff are very freindly and helpful. We had an issue with the room rate and they resolved it to our complete satisfaction

Excellent position especially if coming to Braunschweig by train. Good room. Breakfast was not taken as it was believed to cost Euro 20.

Excellent hotel, modern and stylisch. Great location when you are travelling by train. Good breakfast, reception service is ok. Plus that they are open 24h/day. Tiny point of care: the sink did not flush properly. Overall a very good hotel!

Great choice if you want a hotel close to the transit station. Excellent rooms and cleanliness. Comfortable rooms with good buffet. I would recommend.

Meeting friends in braunschweig and needed a place to stay. Loved this hotel. Clean modern elegant, seconds from hbf but you can’t hear the trains. Highly recommended both the hotel and the city.

Everything was perfect, a little bit small room bit was coyu and clean.

Nice hotel, close to the main station and easy to find Great room

I was travelling with my mother and It was a great hotel! Close to the centre and the bus station. One small problem is that they gave us a room where the bathroom wall is made of frosted glass and although not completely see through, it made us a little uncomfortable. Not sure if all the rooms are like that.

Great hotel with great location. The only thing is that there is no coffee in the rooms.

Nice, convenient place, modern architecture, very clean. Very friendly personnel. The inner city of Braunschweig can be reached by bus or tram, for which we received free tickets.

This is the second time for me in the hotel , the hotel is new and in good condition , but I’m not sure staying there next time breakfast is expansive no free car parking , and the Internet is awful and internet nowadays is very important, the price is not bargain as well with a bit extra for 7 days stay there I would have stayed in the city centre in good hotel free parking and breakfast included and that was my mistake to take the wrong decision , me first stay in the hotel was exactly half the price for my second stay there because the hotel was new and they needed rating , as they have a good rating now the prices become not very expansive but not cheap as well .

Very good location close to railway station. Room had plenty of space and was in excellent condition. The shower was a joy. There was very little shelf space for a stay of 4 nights for two people. Otherwise all was very good and as we have come to expect from Intercity hotels.
