Restaurant is great. Beer selection is excellent.

Very friendly staff. We did have trouble with the TV not working and no one ever came to fix it. It took about an hour to get extra towels.

Front desk employee was so friendly and super nice. Pool area was very clean, well lit and comfortable with plenty of towels and a welcoming fire.

So my first night arriving at the hotel I went down to the bar area ordered a drink for me and my fiancé went outside drink my beverage and after we were finished, I went back to get another drink and the bartender said I’m drinking too fast when it was only my first drink, she was arguing with me in front of people belittling me Embarrassing me She ruined my stay there. I felt like she was prejudice being that I’m the only person of color in the lobby and I’m the only person that she has a problem with you. That was my first drink. She had the nerve to argue with me. I told him to check the cameras I talked to corporate and I would like a refund or something Accommodate that horrible experience

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Not the best hotel. Room was dirty, smelled like wet dog and the my kiddos are allergic to pet dander. Overall extremely disappointed and staff did nothing, and for reference I’m not someone who gives reviews.

Stayed 2nd. It was too noisy. Floor above was very loud. Not sure if cleaning service was being done but the noise went through out the night till the morning.

The room was great. The staff was attentive to my needs. There is dining but it can be pricey and a bit of a walk to go to nearby shopping areas. Overall it was a decent stay.

Restaurant areas very elegant

Next to my room, the people were so loud I couldn’t hear the TV in my room. I had to call the front desk ones at 12am and second time, at 2:30am to knock on their door and ask to bring their TV volume down. That was so annoying. Poor room service, even I asked for everyday room service, but they didn’t even charge the sheets or wipe on top of drawers or put more towels in the bathroom / shower! Not happy about their service :(

Mostly were ok. Just that they missed housekeeping on the last supposed schedule!

Great location in a very nice, clean area of Burbank. Large and very clean room. Service at check-in/out was very friendly and professional. Food at restaurant was good. I would stay there again.

It was good but expensive. The front desk clerk wasn’t as friendly as she could have been.

I like mostly about everything. We were just a bit disappointed as we were advised of a free breakfast since our 2 day booking did not maximized our time. Due to a cancelled flight, our 2 day stay was cut short to 1. As a complimentary to this untoward event, we were advised to get free breakfast. Come the following day we’re disallowed to have it.

Comfy bed, service was good. Room service in a plastic bag was bad enough but my martini in a plastic cup was uncool. Ruins the whole vibe.

Great hotel, clean and nicely located at the heart of Burbank. Walking distance to many amenities, restaurants and shopping mall.
