Beautiful property

It was only a one-night stay but I appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities in the room.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while doing some shopping in North Conway. Selected the hotel for price, since rooms in North Conway were twice the price, it was more cost effective to stay there. The room and hotel were very good. Decent breakfast in the morning. My only reason for not give it a 5* rating is that there is just not much around the hotel itself. You need to drive 7-10 miles to find a restaurant and a lot of those are only open from Wednesday to Sunday. We were there on a Monday/Tuesday. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but it is something to keep in mind when booking. The hotel was clean, quiet and the little interaction we had with staff was quick and professional.

Not very clean for a newer place beds uncomfortable price expensive

Our room was very clean on arrival. Staff was very nice and accommodating when asking for extra pillows, cups and other items after refusing houskeeping when extending our stay. The bed is very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our reservation said check in at 330 pm, when we got thier we were told to comeback at 530pm, we feel asleep in parking lot, two hours then we asked for late check out They gave is 15 min, i have sayed at other hamptons, cape cod, conway, etc...only thing good was the continental breakfast, that was a 10

Booked for one night while driving towards New Hampshire and I must say it’s a beautiful place to stay .. The location is 10/10 .. The breakfast was fresh and had good options .. If you love mountains book the room with Mountain View and enjoy sunrise .. in short I would love to stay at this place again

This place was awesome! Keith checked us in and was a wonderful welcoming person. Our room was clean and ready. Free breakfast was great! DEFINITELY staying here again.

Everything was great. Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Normally I give all 4-5 stars whenever I stay, and everything was the same. But I stayed in a room next to a room marked "mechanical" on the first floor (223) and holy jeez, there was crashing rhythmic noise coming outta that mechanical room for days. DAYS. Sometimes at night, sometimes during the day. It was really disruptive.

Your stupid app auto filling for motels I never stayed at And the ones I did stay at was terrible dirty rooms toilet was overflowing tub was filthy dirty customer service sucked I’m never using your app again I’m reporting to BBB

Loved our stay however could hear footsteps of the room above us

Well we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Oxford for the past several years with us always giving a rating of excellent to the questions asked in their survey. What happened this time was on one of our nights we happened to have loud noises in the room above us and a barking dog across the hall from where we were staying. The important point of stating this dilemma was how quickly the manager handled this situation and both issues were addressed within hours. We were very impressed and happy with the outcome and will most definitely return.

The staff was really friendly. The common areas were really clean and everything looked modern. The continental breakfast was good with some options. Overall great stay and would stay again.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 star across the board was the shower. It was clean,but you had to walk in to the opposite side of the shower to turn it on. Kinda odd. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Noise between floors. Kids jumping on floor and we could hear it in our room. .

My fiancé and I had come up to do venue tours for our upcoming wedding and the staff was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas when we had any questions and very polite. The hotel was also very beautiful

Woke up Sunday to no hot water.

Excellent service at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable as well. Bathroom was well maintained and the shower was great. Only complaint, the bathroom door was one of the newer types in hotel rooms, the sliding door. It makes for no real privacy. About to go try the breakfast, but the room looks great. I hope the food is as well. Pics are from York Beach, about an hour away.

It was a very expensive price tag for a very basic stay - just over $800 for 2 nights. We had limited hot water throughout the stay. The location is quite rural, so food options are limited.

We checked in only to find out that our room with King sized bed was not secured as your site promised. They said that 3rd party booking always says you will get what you booked but most times not available so they only could off 2 beds. My wife and I ended up sleeping somewhere else so this was a complete waste of money. How could I even trust your site again?

I wish there were more places to eat closer to the hotel but the property itself was just great.
