Second time staying here in the last six months. Great location. Clean, comfortable. Main floor has multiple cozy sitting areas and beer on tap. Lots of great restaurants close by.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. This is a beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel. Proximity is close to transportation so you can enjoy a short ride to tourist attractions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by security which made us feel safe. The hotel provided fast and easy check-in to our room upon arrival. This was the highlight of our stay as it allowed us to start exploring the City. The spacious room was clean, bright with large windows, and had a luxurious walk-in shower, with ample hot water. Each room provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, mini fridge, and coffee maker. We took advantage of the hot breakfast every morning, with no issues finding seating. A friendly worker kept the seating area clean and ready for guests each morning. Every area of the hotel was clean and inviting. The pool area was well-kept and offered towels. The fitness center was large and clean. There is a laundry facility available as well. It too was clean but we did not use the facility. Overall the hotel appeared newly renovated and a pleasure to stay at. I would highly recommend it to visitors.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to unprofessional and unhelpful staff, poor customer service, and inadequate cleanliness. Despite reaching out to corporate, no action was taken. Regrettably, I will not be returning.

The property was unique, it was not my first time staying at a property with the reception desk not on the traditional ground floor, however it did catch me off guard and I found this exotic.

Everything was pretty much perfect besides the price of the room being super high because of Lollapalooza. The shower had a small amount of mold on the caulk, and the water pressure wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t terrible either.

Hotel was so clean and the rooms were really nice! I was not expecting such a beautiful place. We will stay here again when we come to Chicago.

Arrived to property around 11 am for them to hold our luggage until check-in at 4 pm. Arrived back to hotel at 4:30 pm and our room still was not available. After another 30 minutes, our room was finally available. When we got to our room, the bathroom floors had water coming out from under the plank flooring. The hotel provided us a new room immediately.
I have stayed here twice before with no issues, and it has been the preferred hotel when I visit the area, but I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 1:30pm and our room was not ready, but guaranteed ready by 3pm. We waited in line for 25 minutes to find someone to take our luggage to the storage area. We came back at 4pm and no rooms were ready yet. We waited in line behind 7 sets of people checking in, and we were told this when it was our turn. Yet, they were giving rooms to some of those folks in front of us. I assume, perhaps erroreously that this was because we booked thru a 3rd party...however, we reminded the staff that we are Hilton Honors members. Long story short, we were delayed gettting to our concert, and missed the first couple of songs, as our clothing was in our suitcase. Very understaffed, and not able to meet minimum standards.

I was pleasantly surprised staying at this hotel. We were attending Windy City Smoke Out and I chose it for it’s proximity to the event. I had safety concerns due to the uptick in violence in downtown Chicago but felt safe here. Staff was great and they had security on site.

I paid for in & out parking only to find out that if I moved my car on either Friday or Saturday night I most likely wouldn’t have a spot in the garage. Perhaps there should be a way of not overselling that garage parking spaces

The hotel and staff were great, room was clean, view at night was beautiful. We got to breakfast at 950. I sat at table to watch our purses. My friend got a plate. Breakfast staff shut the door at 1000 exactly and I couldn’t get in to get a plate… even though there were still plenty of eggs and meat.

The staff was amazing! They assisted me with every little thing I needed and the rooms were very clean. It’s smack dab in the middle of most things so it made walking easy. Will absolutely be coming back

The parking was horrible!!! We were told that parking was for hotel guests and it was for public parking. Got our refund on the parking pass. Staff was average
