Our room was full of cockroaches.We told it to the reception, and they just sent someone to catch the cockroaches, instead of moving us to another room.Breakfast was average.Nice pool.I wouldn't comeback.

Rooms wery clean & comfortable, amazing pools, it was just hard to communicate with the staff since they did not know english! Wanted a taxi and they could not help us find one.

It was a very nice bungalow style room and the A/C worked very well and it was right on the beach and had fantastic view from the swimming pool and the dinning area. The breakfast has many different dishes as well as fruits. The services in the dinning room was great. Had good WIFI connections and it was walking distance to many eating places and services, and beautiful beach where you can swim and enjoy the sand.

The perfect hotel in All of haad rin. The staff were so friendly and welcoming (without exception) during the entire week I have stayed there (originally I planned to stay for only 3 night...). Anything Ive ask the reception was answered in a metter of few minutes tops. The room was perfect with a great view (I have stayed in the grand deluxe room with garden view for 3 night and then got an upgrade to the sea view. Both of them were beautiful).The room had all the amenities needed. Great bad, Closet, minibar, safety deposit box, great bathroom, ect. Breakfast was good and varied (also good to whomever eats kosher food).There are 4 pools. I used the main one which was amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view. Great atmosphere music and a bar. There is a private and very nice beach strip. All the hotels property was very clean all the time. There is a place in the hotel for motorbike/car rent and you can also order tours from the hotel (I rented amotorbike for one day and 2 tours which was all great and recommended). The area is very quiet and also close to the central and the main beach. Only a few minutes walk. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The adjoining door wasn't locked for my new neighbors, who were able to walk right into my room. Very uneasy feeling. They did say the resolved it by adding a door or something, I'm not sure what they did, but this should have been done before I checked into room. Made me very uneasy leaving my room. On top of that the in room safe only worked intermittently, even after a battery change. I also booked the 1 day trip to tour the island and was early for check in to that process. An hour after we were supposed to be there, we still hadn't left, and I lost my patience. This isn't necessarily their fault, but they did sell me the ticket, so hold some accountability. I did get a refund, on my last day. Buyer beware. Other than those flaws,great location and views, quiet and peaceful (if no unauthorized people walk into your room). If only I could relax wondering if someone will walk into my room while I'm relaxing on the beach.

Great and convenient! Close to the beach, staff are amazingly sweet, cleaning staff sometimes need a little reminder of cleaning the room.. but then they arrive fast and are very clean. Really helps you get into vacation mode in no time.

Staff won't let you carry your bags, nicest people I've met. Excellent pools with a better breakfast.
