The hotel is in a very good location, near public transportation, several restaurants, supermarkets,..in addition of good paths for walks near the Michigan lake.
It is very convenient the breakfast on the morning; the staff were very efficient and friendly. There is a top roof, very nice to sit and relax.

My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Aragon Ballroom. I highly recommend the both the venue and the hotel! In our less-than-24-hour getaway, we saw a great concert in an amazing venue, stayed in a great hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast, walked a few blocks and were on the beach with our coffee. The area was safe and everything we needed was nearby. I would definitely stay here again.....but for at least a couple nights next time. This hotel/area would be a great stay with kids or for a girls' weekend, too. The valet parking was nice, too.

Great location. Hotel staff were phenomenal. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was what one should expect. Very easy access to the train.

We had one night stay between two long day trips. The air condition machine was making squeaking sound. So we asked the staff to switch a room for us. But the second room was right underneath the gym so a lot of banging until we call the staff after 10 pm. Then we learned the gym would open at six in the morning!

The biggest issue with the property was that one of two elevators was not working during our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was larger than most, comfortable and clean. Did not have breakfast, so can't comment on that. The only parking is valet for an extra $40/night.

This place was clean, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! The only negative thing is the zone they are in, but I’m sure after all construction is done, it’ll be better. I’m not a big city dweller myself, but all in all, good stay quick overnight for a show and breakfast was kickin!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful except 1 elevator was out of service the whole weekend. We had to wait awhile to get up or down bc of 1 elevator especially in the morning for check out time.

Everting is good. The only thing is that it is a little far from the downtown of Chicago, I expected to walk to the downtown but I had to go by car, in the same way it took me 15 minutes to get to downtown. All very excellent. I highly recommend it.

Really upset with parking. Already paying enough for hotel rm, then you add $44.00 for parking every 24 hrs. Really angry that you dont have parking available.

The breakfast was disappointing. No fruit, no bacon. We could hear the traffic from the street outside of the room. Cost of room and parking was too high.

Ok, GREAT STAY! Thank you Hampton Inn Chicago! Tai and Ella made Check In so smooth. Victoria was so patient and helpful with my VERY Early Morning Check Out so I could make my 5am flight.

Valet parking $44 per day in unsafe area. Lousy service. No luggage carts…had to bring our bags to room ourselves. Would never recommend this place
