i need to get my money back as i left when i saw the condition of the property and they didnt come fix my tv. started staying here when it was first built and even became a my place member. i will never stay at another my place again.

The room was damp. No bodywash while I was already in the shower.

Bathroom door wouldn't close as hinges were damaged. Ice maker in fridge wouldn't work. Nice guy behind counter said he wasn't a maintenance man but would try to fix 😀. I declined.

Gave me a room that was “out of order” when I walked in the bed sheets were thrown everywhere and there was trash in the trash and it smelt like poop in there.

Love that it has a kitchen for my long stays & dont want to have to always have to eat out, also plenty of room.

I was there 5 nights, and not one time was my room cleaned, nor new towels, nor trash emptied. My tub was cracked, the outlet in bathroom didn't work, coffee pot didn't work.

When I walked in, i noticed it was smaller than I expected. The staff was nice. However, when I got to my room I found 3 live baby cockroaches crawling in my shower. I called downstairs to have them handle the situation, I was told “I am checking in another customer, I’ll call you back”..:that was annoying. They called and asked me to come down and they would change my rooms. I went down and they tried to put me in the room above the one I was in…I said no, cuz I’m not waking with roaches. The rooms and hallways have a musty smell, not bad but something smells off. Also, the bed is not very comfortable. I had a queen and the bed wasn’t comfy and anytime you move it would squeak.

Everything about the stay was great, with the exception of check-in, which took almost 40 minutes. The delay was partially training and could have been resolved with appropriate management. I'll be back; hopefully, they will have improved.

The front desk checkin person was SO poorly trained! I was waiting behind a couple attempting to checkin with an Expedia reservation for over 30 minutes! Thinking this was a “them” issue I went up with my confirmation numbers, CC, license in hand…..25 minutes later and no checkin. It was 100 outside, we were traveling with pets, and those poor guys coming in from the oil field trying checkin were waiting in the lobby for over an hour too! I suggested she call her manager to get some assistance…and she tried…manager didn’t answer…. I will say she was pleasant, professional and kind….she just didn’t know how or what to do with third party bookings and that was obvious….she thought outside the box and started pivoting to checkin folks without the computer process that she didn’t know…. This is a management issue….not an employee shortcoming. Remote didn’t work, dead bugs in the bathroom and the stairwell was gross… Beds were clean, comfortable and the ac works well…

The room is filthy with animal hair, the shower is filthy with hair and mildew and the shower doesn’t drain.

The hotel was in a great location and very clear. Air conditioner worked great. Check out receptionist was very sweet.

My Place is clean and comfortable. If you need a place to stay and the ambiance isn’t an issue, this is your place. The beds are comfortable, the linens are more than ample and there is a full sized fridge and microwave in every room. Don’t expect heightened design choices. It’s basic, but it does the job.

The staff was very friendly. Need more channels on the TV. I love that they are dog friendly.

The room smelled like pet urine. Way too strong to stay the night, and I have some tolerance being a pet owner. Staff attempted to put us in another room, and ultimately we were able to be reimbursed.
