The room was too hot and uncomfortable. Beds were awful. Every move you made the metal frame would make creaking noises and kept us up all night

Very comfortable beds and a nice hotel. Not far from LAX airport. The staff was very pleasant upon checkin - plus - checkin was fast. Stayed one night.

Awesome hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was very impressive, lots of options and laid out in a visually appealing manner. Lots of parking and the parking fee was somewhat reasonable ($30) as compared with others and I would definitely recommend it and also stay there again.

We were greeted upon walking in front door. Helped check us in with excellent hospitality and always asked us how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

The entire hotel is VERY clean. This was the 2nd Hampton Inn in one week for us. We loved it. The free breakfast is amazing.

The room was very good. We had a little issue with the toilet tank not filling up after flushing but it was handled. The breakfast was very good, as usual, omelets, sausage, baked potatoes. The big issue was that the breakfast area was unusually dirty, food all over the floor, the staff was focusing just on replenishing the food and not cleaning up the empty tables. They were dirty and sticky. I respectfully requested the table to be clean up and they did.

I think her name was Dana at the front desk, was very helpful as I’ve had nothing but problems with my Hilton Honors club, although she was unable to fix the problem she was very good at walking me through the process. I was very happy with her assistance.

It was close to airport and car rental return, and to restaurants.

Stay at the Hampton inn was wonderful. The breakfast variety was pretty good, the coffee was available 24 hours and the dining area was clean with ample space. The room was also clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for as close as it was to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Second trip to LA and staying at the Hampton. The staff greet and attend to all guests. Maintenance is performed daily as I could see attendants cleaning. The room was adequite and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The mattress had seen better days and there was a definite gully so I was only able to sleep on one side. The mattress needs to be thrown away, not flipped or turned, no support left. I made mention to the desk but not sure if they will replace. The top concern of any room is the bed. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. Coffee in the hall was available at all times. I like to have a hot chocolate before bed. The hot water was just past warm, so not too hot. Snacks were available for purchase. The restaurant only had a few items but if your are hungry you'll find something on the menu to your liking. I did note several food deliveries for guests from outside the hotel. To use the elevator you need your room key. That helped to give you security in who was allowed up and down on the floors. I did not have a car but there was parking on site. The local stores are in walking distance or a quick car ride. I also noted that the pilots and flight attendants shuttle to and from this hotel. The airlines trust the Hampton for their staff. Overall I would say that the staff, the hotel's appearance and rooms are a good choice for travelers. I will be back.

Though the room we stayed the first night was very noisy, woke us up at night and stayed awake for long time, the hotel staff changed our room the second night, and it was pretty quiet. We did have good sleep.

I paid ahead for one night at this hotel, when I checked in, I was charged a deposit fee. I was told that I was going to get it back in seven business days after I checked out myself. Two weeks had passed and I haven't get my deposit back. I need to spend time on calling this people to get my money back... so disappointed

It was ok until the end when i had an additional pending charge hit my account causing me to go negative. Their explanation was over the top confusing and they tried to justify by saying it was only a pending charge which still doesn't take care of my over draft fees. I was on hold for 1hour and 20min waiting for a manager. She finally called back and helped a little but overall her excuse as to why this happened, was bogus and then she said she was banning me because they don't need to deal with issues like mine. So rude.

The location of the hotel is ideal for travelers, close to the airport just 6 minutes away, convenient parking for $30.00. The girl at the front desk "Dana" who greeted us was quite friendly, attentive. We even changed the room that was assigned to us from 107 to 102 due to excessive humidity and bad smell. Later I tried to tell the person who was unoccupied at the reception "Richard" that room 102 was dirty and he did not attend to our request and the cleaning service never arrived. It is really the first time that a hotel in the Hilton chain has rooms with such a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. I recommend changing all cleaning staff. Unpleasant but I had no other option due to fatigue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

The property is in a great location with multiple dining options. The breakfast was very good . The pool was clean and they had laundry facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

No bell service so we had to take the luggage on our own. When we called and asked for room service, they said we had to tell them 24h in advance. This is ridiculous. Stayed in the untidy room for 2 nights.
