The property was new, clean and quiet but there was no body wash in the shower, the Kleenex box was wet and unusable, etc. The manager was glad to learn of the issues and I assume they're random. We'd certainly return to the property.

Bathroom sink was not draining. I request to get it fixed didn’t happened. Then commode flush stop working. I was told no maintenance guy till Monday.
Told them Not possible to stay with dirty bathroom for 2 days. Front staff was rude and said only have 1 room with similar booking take it otherwise she couldn’t help. I had no option other to go take that.
Any decent hotel will provide a replacement even it’s the most expensive room to make up for their weakness. Will never stay there.

Overall it was a good experience. One of our beds had sheets that were stained, asked if the bed could be re made with new sheets, it was still not done, after three requests.

They double booked our room and gave us the wrong room they wouldn't accommodate us with another room so we had enough beds so everyone could sleep or give us cots ,they basically told us we had to sleep on the floor. The lady at the disk was very rude and seem like she was high on some. They did give us a refund the next morning but being they dont clean hotels good sleeping on the floor was just horrible and uncomfortable.

We love staying here whenever we come to Evansville. The lady at the front desk is the sweetest! Hotel is very clean and the beds and pillows are great. Thank you for another great stay. We will be back :)

Darlene at front desk is a DELIGHT This location is Spotless . Modern . Great options for dining and shopping . Close to highway. Will always be my go to place whenever I travel back to Evansville

Highly recommend if you want a clean, nice hotel for family to enjoy. The pool was well-maintained, our room was clean and staff was helpful and timely to our needs. Overall, a wonderful stay.

My stay for 3 nights in Evansville was pleasant thanks in part to the Holiday inn Express. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Would stay again!

Thought it was great that breakfast was at 6am on saturday and sunday. We had plans both days where we needed to leave the hotel at 645am. Awesome that we could grab something hot before leaving. Breakfast staff was very nice.

Check in was fast , got waited on within minutes. Very clean room, bed was excellent, large bathroom. The breakfast was very good --don't forget to try the cinnamon roll --it was fantastic!! We stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied ---Will stay again!!

Check in was fast , got waited on within minutes. Very clean room, soft bed , large bathroom. The breakfast was very good as well and the coffee was fantastic. We were on the 4th floor and I usually hate being in higher levels d/t rooms just don’t get cold enough. Let me tell you that was not a problem at all . The air was FABULOUS! Was chilly and loved it. Will stay again .

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful! She got us checked in and on our way to the room. Everything was so close for dining and activities for kids. The room was clean and ready! The kids loved the pool and it wasn’t too cold like a lot of places!
