No wi-fi

Found out on arrival that there was no WIFI or managers reception. Breakfast had no attendant, and food was not appealing. Bought laundry detergent to do laundry from front desk, got to guest laundry room and there was only a dryer (no washer). I asked where guest laundry was as I was buying laundry detergent, was told 3rd floor but she never mentioned that there was not a washer there. Trucks all backed into parking spots around the hotel so you could not walk on the sidewalks due to the trailer hitches taking up 3/4th of the sidewalk. A person in a wheelchair or walking aid counselor not get past the hitches Our room was clean as most of the hotel but our hallway was not vacuumed the 5 days we stayed there, food crumbs of some sort were on the floor all 5 days. I chose this hotel because of the advertised breakfast, WIFI, managers reception..not happy about the misrepresentation on those amenities.

A very beautiful hotel and love the hotel rooms and its nice thats its right by a gas station, family dollar, and a liquor store.

The waffles! This always makes a hotel stand out! I also loved having Keurig in the room. You have a great set up.

No Internet in the room is a major detractor. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

First stay here because our usual hotel wasnt available. Firstly, going to the hallway to our room, there were bags of garbage and piles of towels outside various rooms. I do realize that this is an "extended stay" facility but the overall first impression wasn't good. Entering the room, it was stifling hot as the heater was cranked up, -( afain I realize its winter with subzero temps). This, however, made it difficult to sleep even with the air conditioner on. The hot water was lukewarm at best, even with the faucet all the way on hot. The mirror was dirty in the bathroom and the wooden frame around the mirror had was damaged-again, not impressed. Housekeeping knocked on the door right at 11:00, check out time which I've never had happen. I don't usually leave reviews, but felt it was important just to give other travelers information. I picked this hotel based on so many positive reviews and I was disappointed. I will explore other hotels in the future, if our regular hotel isn't available before considering this one. The staff, however was excellent.

The property was what you’d expect from a hotel in the area. Check in was quick and efficient. Property well maintained and was quiet at night.

The room was nice and roomy. I stayed there 7 nights, and the room never got cleaned. The breakfast was good and had good variety. I would stay there again

What a refreshing place! Great room, clean, roomy and nice large kitchenette available. Really appreciated the complimentary laundry resources. Quiet area so we got a good nights rest.

Nice motel, clean, decent breakfast, would stay again

Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful when I had problems trying to get ahold of my son in another room. The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Everything was great

When we checked in it was late but the lady was sitting in the breakfast spot not even paying attention, she see’s us standing and waiting at the front desk and finally catches on. She asks us if we’re checking in and we clearly are because we have bags. She said something about us calling before showing up. Then she gave us a room and someone was already sleeping in there. Then we got a new room on the third floor just to go back to the front desk to redo our card because it wouldn’t work. House keeping woke us up way earlier then our check out time. We tried to sleep in because we got in super late. They should wait until check out time or after to knock and try and come in. Room was cozy though and we got a good sleep. AC blew cold air, shower was good. Would stay here again.

The place was newer and really nice. Beds were super comfortable but the pills were a bit hard. Everything was great except the front office folks were not what I expected. The gal who checked us in and out seemed to be less than thrilled and the gentleman who was there in the afternoon was busy sitting with his feet up. Not really professional.
