The room is stinky and getting bad odor. I complained at front desk and they send the maintenance people to put the air freshener which turns so bad. Also since the room is all the way to end not getting internet.

This hotel has friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. We tried the restaurant as well for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised.

Staff are incredibly kind. When Hotels.com had not sent confirmation email they gave me a room and then resolved the conflict.
Hallway carpet could be cleaner on third floor but the room was absolutely emaculate.
Free breakfast with large variety was acceptable. Vegetarian selections were good.

Rooms are good, at the time of checkin they gave me a room with unchanged Lenin. Service at restaurant is bit slow need training of chef and support staff

I stayed at least 4 times in this hotel over the last year, the more recent time for 6 nights. This hotel remains an excellent option and I will certainly come back next time I'm around. Staff members are impressively polite and helpful. Breakfast items are tasty if one is fine with Indian options (foreign items are less impressive). Rooms are large, modernly furnished and pleasant. It is usually fairly quiet and I slept very well. I found that the internet signal was better than during my previous visit, and the connection could now easily be used to work. On a less positive side, I notice that there are some very small maintenance issues here and there (stains or dents on the furniture), and their number tends to slowly grow as months go. It is totally fine and does not affect the overall impression of cleanliness and order. Still in the minuses, the opening times of the swimming pool are slightly too restricted, and prices seem to be going up.

The service was incredibly great! Breakfast was very nice and the waiters were unbelievably friendly.I stayed during the monsoon season and the hotel is struggling a little bit with the humidity. But all in all I really enjoyed my stay there!

Swift check in process, central location and short distance from Airport and Railway Station, modern room, good breakfast. In room internet is very slow.
