Honestly, this was the best experience of any stay that I have ever had. The owners were so polite, helpful, communicative, and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The communication was beyond the best! Armen helped us with transportation everywhere that we needed to go and also saved us from long waiting lines during transfers. His help was invaluable! The suite was modern, clean, and inviting. Amenities were exceptional. There was a kitchenette, and a fully stocked mini bar. We received complimentary fresh juice and a free bottle of wine. We were within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Perfect location! If you want an above and beyond experience, you will book with Melangel. It's the utmost, delightful experience! I would give it the highest rating possible!

We absolutely loved our stay at Melangel. The location, sea view, hospitality and accommodations were perfect. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurant, and beach area.

Excellent for location, view, cozy and attention

I was lucky enough to stay at the Melangel in Mykonos from November 30th-December 2nd. Not only is it beautiful it is also extremely clean with high end appliances. The room has two outdoor spaces for your perfect view of the ocean and sunset. It is about five minutes from town. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. However if you want to stay in, Armen (the host and owner and his lovely wife Suzanna, have stocked the fridge and cabinets with everything from essentials to bottles of wine. Armen was in touch with me before checking in and offered me recommendations for getting around town, restaurants and transportation. He also helped me with my next stay in Athens for a private tour with a private car and licensed tour guide for my trip to Delphi. Every interaction with Armen was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would stay at the Melangel and recommend it to anyone thinking about a holiday in Mykonos. Thank you to the Melangel for the concierge service you provided and making my stay lovely.

We stayed at the Melangel for one night at the end of a 9 day trip around Greece for our Honeymoon. The location is perfect - just a short easy walk to Little Venice and Mykonos Town. Out stay was amazing and just what we needed to end our trip. Armen and his wife Suzanna went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed of everything the location had to offer, and even made suggestions of where to eat. The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We felt as if we were at home rather than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable, Private and Convenient.

I had such an amazing stay at Melangel. Armen and Suzanna really do make you feel like family. Long before I arrived in Mykonos, Armen reached out to assist me with any needs or questions. He arranged for transportation and dinner reservations. His assistance allowed me to relax and not have stress, knowing the details were taken care of. The room was amazing. The bed is truly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I loved having the private patio, especially to watch the sunsets. The location was also perfect. It was such a quick and easy walk to everything, yet distanced enough to have peace and quiet. I cannot say enough nice things about Armen and Suzanna and Melangel. I highly recommend staying with them during your visit to Mykonos.

Staying at Melangel was a truly wonderful experience. Armen and Suzanna were such wonderful hosts that it felt more like staying at a friend's or families place than a hotel. From recommending restaurants and booking the reservations to setting up tours and transfers. Answering any question day or night. Even tours and restaurants in Athens were booked for me by them after I left their hotel. They really went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about their warmth and hospitality. As for my stay.I thought the location was perfect. I felt safe and it was a very quiet area. The entrance gate to where the pedestrian area of the town starts was less than a minute walk and it was maybe another two or five minutes stroll into the center of town and/or the harbor front. Couldn't have been happier with the location. The room itself was great. It had two balconies, one of which gave a nice view of the sunset. The king sized bed was very comfortable and of top quality. There was a kitchenette with a table, chairs and three stocked mini bars. My gracious hosts also provided a complimentary bottle and also lowered the minibar prices for the beer I was drinking to line up with the going price in the mini-markets in town. The shower was solid with great pressure and plenty of hot water. They provided really good beach towels as well. The room also had its own washing machine. Overall I had a really top notch stay and I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Super clean hotel very close to downtown. Arman is super attentive to anything you may need and is super nice makes you feel at home. If I were to stay in Mykonos again this will be the hotel, great experience!

The room is modern and even has a microwave. The owners went above and beyond conveniently providing pick up and drop off at the airport for a reasonable fee. The property is located minute’s away from the shops and restaurants. The balcony has a beautiful view.

This was such a fun and unique place to stay. My husband and I have been to several Greek islands, but it was our first time in Mykonos. The hotel's location is perfect, less than a two minute walk from Mykonos town. Because it's not in the heart of the city it was nice and quiet but also close enough to walk anywhere in the town. We had a breathtaking view of the sunset from our private patio, and the room was immaculate. What made the Melangel so special though were Armen and Suzanna who treated us like family. Armen was in contact with us several days before our arrival with information about the hotel and suggestions on where to go and what to do. He even shared with us pictures of his family! Suzanna picked us up at the airport and Armen was waiting to greet us at the hotel to give us a full tour of the room and answer questions. As it turns out their daughter was celebrating her birthday the next day, which coincidentally was the day before mine, and they invited us to her birthday party which was a fun and memorable experience for sure all with homemade food and cake from Suzanna! Armen stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. After they dropped us off at the ferry terminal for the next leg of our journey he made sure we knew to keep in touch and offered to help if we needed suggestions or recommendations anywhere in Greece. Like i said, we were treated like family!

Place is absolutely gorgeous and modern, everything is very well though through. It looks even better than pictures.Armen and his wife Susanna made sure we had a perfect stay and took care of us like we are family! I was amazed by that. It’s rare to get this hospitality in mykonos. They even arranged and took us to get COVID tests done on our last day. It was great that we didn’t have to worry about anything at all, quick WhatsApp text to Armen and he helped to organize our week long itinerary. Bed is very very comfy and it was actually bigger than regular king size! Spotless clean and and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Also if you like to drink wine and watch the sunset, there is a cute patio in fron of the room. It was definitely great value for the money we paid. WiFi was fast and I was able to do a bit of work one day. Also if you have status with Expedia they give you additional perks which was a bonus on top. I will definitely come back to stay in Melangel again!

The property was excellent and beautifully decorated with an ocean view. Within 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Centrally located and convenient walk.The owners Suysana picked us up at the Mykonos airport and gave us a guided tour to some landmarks and world class beaches. 5 stars

We loved our stay at Melangel! Armen and Suzanna are wonderful hosts. Suzanna picked us up at the ferry station and Armen gave us a wonderful overview of the rooms and all the unique features. The beds and bedding are amazing, and the rooms are very well appointed. This is a very unique and special place to stay in Mykonos. We highly recommend it!
