Nice kitchenette, sound proof walls, and friendly staff

Clean and spacious room with kitchenette. Accessible to major attractions and down town Brno. Good price and good location.

The room was very spacious, the space could be used more for a sofa for example. The blinds let the light in, the black curtains were missing. The TV was lousy, only 5 channels. On the last day of our stay we were woken up early in the morning by drilling next to our room, very unpleasant. Big disappointment paying for gym, the reception told me 150CZK for two hours but the gym wanted 250CZK per hour. The location of the hotel is not ideal, it is on the outskirts of the city and the street is wild, but once you get to the hotel area, everything is safe. I definitely recommend a room with a balcony that faces the atrium and you will have quiet nights than in a room on the street where it lives all night. We also visited the restaurant but it was completely empty. The price was reasonable.

The reception staff & the shuttle driver at the hotel were great and super helpful, room was spacious and we'll equipped. The only downside of the hotel is that it was very noisy outside during the night and the room could use a bit more cleaning (dirty floor & toilet)

Great stay in a well appointed and spacious room. Great kitchen with everything you’d need to cook for yourself. Walkable to all the sights.

The hotel is located in a good place, 14 min walking distance from the main railway station.

Efi is a nice hotel, with friendly staff and nice big and comfortable rooms. I hadn't realised when I booked that the rooms had a kitchen area with microwave and hob. I did have a stinking cold at the time so my mind was a bit off!. The breakfast was quite good and one of the few places I've stayed in Europe that had baked beans! What let the hotel down for me is the area of Brno in which it is located. I know the hotel can do little about it but it was very noisy and run down. I had to shut the windows in my room because of the noise. There's a tram that stops about 5 to 10 minutes walk away. It's not far to the pretty old town of Brno.

Student accommodation at best in a rough part of town. Super early checkout times meant you can’t see the city without storing bags. Only bath tub with a shower head that has to be held (no screen or curtain or shower fixation).

Very poorly designed hotel, no light switch or table next to bed. Bath did not have a shower curtain, nor a holder at head level for shower head. The rooms are not air con, and the road at the front was very noisy with people shouting until 2am, so shut window and far too hot to sleep. Open window, and can't sleep due outside noise. Bar was supposedly opened to 2200, on 08 September they had zero interest in serving at 2150, even to take a drink back to room, appalling customer service and lazy staff.

It was loud outside, is not the hotel fault. We slept with windows open because of the heat.

Over-all it was okay stay , but the safe didnt work, door hardwareb was falling apart , bed was super hard so was not really comfortable, and bathroom has a big tub that if you are elder or with limited mobility would have issues getting in an out, and no nightstand so have to set things on the floor .

This is a quite correct hotel, for those whose visit is business

The stuff was friendly and the apartment rent had really good conditions. The only issue is the location of the Hotel . Even if close to the center is located in a problematic place in Brno where you can face some issues related with safety.

If you like to the city center provides a free shuttle to go and return, very nice this option and the driver also.

I received great support before arriving as we were checking in quite late. Everything was fine from then on. The breakfast and pool were highlights.

The welcome drink voucher on arrival was much appreciated. Parking on site is convenient and while not very cheap it is still a lot cheaper than parking elsewhere in the city. Unfortunately the room did not have AC so it was a bit hot, but we knew that before booking. It is not very far to walk into the city but the shuttle to various places in the city is wonderful. Great stay for one night.

All in all this hotel offers very good service with good communication skills. The room is clean and offers all facilities we need. The Restaurant in the Grund floor offers excellent foods which we enjoyed. We are happy with our stay and will book again für the next trip.

This place is clean and good. However, you should be noted that they don’t make up the room until you leave. They provide only towels and soap. You should clean your room on your own during your stay. I requested make up my room, but, they said that.

Best value hotel in Brno. Professional staff, clean rooms, and good size rooms. Not the greatest of neighborhoods, but it’s relatively close to the center.
